All Elite Wrestling (AEW) is an American professional wrestling promotion based in Jacksonville, Florida. It is one of the two largest wrestling promotions in the United States, the other being WWE. AEW is owned by Shahid Khan and his son Tony, who founded the company in 2019; in-ring performers Matt and Nick Jackson and Kenny Omega also serve as company executives. Its headquarters is at EverBank Stadium, the home of the National Football League's Jacksonville Jaguars, a team also owned by Shahid Khan. CBS Sports described AEW as "the first company with major financial backing to take a swing at beginning to compete with WWE on a major level in nearly two decades", while SB Nation claimed that "the world of professional wrestling is being disrupted by the first challenger that has WWE legitimately scared for the first time in 20 years".
The AEW World Tag Team Championship is a men's professional wrestling world tag team championship created and promoted by the American promotion All Elite Wrestling (AEW). It is a standard tag team championship, being contested by teams of two wrestlers. Established on October 30, 2019, the inaugural champions were SoCal Uncensored. The current champions are FTR, who are in their record-tying second reign, both as a team and individually. They won the title by defeating The Gunns in a Title vs. Career match on the April 5, 2023, episode of Dynamite.
AEW Dynamite, also known as Wednesday Night Dynamite or simply Dynamite, is an American professional wrestling television program produced by the American promotion All Elite Wrestling (AEW). It is considered AEW's flagship program, and is one of the company's three weekly programs, along with its second main program, Saturday Collision, and Friday Night Rampage, which focuses on younger wrestlers in the company. Dynamite is the first professional wrestling program to air on TBS since the final episode of WCW Thunder on March 21, 2001.

The July 1 episode of Friday Night Rampage on TNT, which was a special episode titled Royal Rampage and was the inaugural Royal Rampage, was also taped the same night immediately after the live broadcast of Blood & Guts.

AEW Blood & Guts is an annual professional wrestling television special produced by the American promotion All Elite Wrestling (AEW) since 2021. The event airs mid-year as a special episode of the promotion's flagship weekly television program, Wednesday Night Dynamite; it originally aired on TNT in 2021, but has aired on TBS since 2022. The concept of the event comes from the Blood and Guts match, which is AEW's version of the classic WarGames match in which two teams fight inside a roofed cell structure that surrounds two rings placed side-by-side. Each main event match of the card is contested under the Blood and Guts stipulation.
