Aidan Craig Daly (born 22 August 1978) is a New Zealand professional basketball player who last played for the Hawke's Bay Hawks of the National Basketball League (NBL). He attended Napier Boys' High School and Notre Dame Academy. [1]

Between 1997 and 2013, Daly played for the Hawke's Bay Hawks, Wellington Saints, Manawatu Jets [2] and Christchurch Cougars. [3] In 2016, he returned to the NBL, [4] re-joining to the Hawks to play for his sister, Kirstin, who was appointed the team's head coach. [5] He was subsequently named team co-captain for his return season. [6] He was not retained by the Hawks for the 2017 season. [7]

His father, Craig, has previously served as the Hawke's Bay Hawks' team manager. [8]

He spent four seasons playing for the Canterbury Rams between 2014 and 2017, before joining the Hawke's Bay Hawks in 2018.
