Alexandria Kautzman (born November 22, 2005) is an American rhythmic gymnast. [1] She is a multiple times Pan American medalist.

Personal life

Kautzman took up the sport in 2014, her favourite apparatus is hoop. Her younger sister Mischa is also a gymnast. In her free time her hobbies are drawing, shopping, reading mysteries. [2]

Career

In 2019, she was selected to represent the US at the 1st Junior World Championships in Moscow along Victoria Kobelev, Jenna Zhao and the junior group, where she competed with rope and ball ending 25th and 17th with the apparatuses and 20th in teams. [3]

As a senior, in 2021, she made her Pan American Championships debut in Rio de Janeiro, taking 8th place in the All-Around, 16th with ribbon, 4th with hoop and clubs and winning bronze in teams (along Lennox Hopkins Wilkins, Victoria Kobelev) and with ball. [4]

She took part in the 2022 World Cup stages in Tashkent (9th in the All-Around, 11th with hoop, 7th with ball, 16th with clubs and 8th with ribbon) and Pesaro (17th in the All-Around, 21st with hoop, 11th with ball, 17th with clubs and 9th with ribbon). [5] [6]

In 2023 she participated in the World Cups in Sofia (25th in the All-Around, 34th with hoop, 26th with ball, 16th with clubs and 29th with ribbon) and Tashkent (13th in the All-Around, 11th with hoop, 8th with ball, 18th with clubs and 15th with ribbon). [7] [8] In June she competed at the Pan American Championships in Guadalajara, winning silver in teams along Evita Griskenas, was 4th in the All-Around, won bronze with ball and silver with clubs.
