Maurice Richard Povich is a retired American television personality, best known for hosting the tabloid talk show Maury which aired from 1991 to 2022. Povich began his career as a radio reporter, initially at WWDC. In the late 1980s, he gained national fame as the host of tabloid infotainment TV show A Current Affair, based at Fox's New York flagship station WNYW. In 1991 he co-produced his own show The Maury Povich Show, which in 1998 was rebranded as Maury.

Jamieson was a frequent substitute news anchor on Today throughout the 1980s, filled in as anchor on NBC Nightly News, and served as the anchor of NBC News at Sunrise from 1986 to January 1987. From March 1987 to September 1988, he hosted Before Hours, a 15-minute early morning business news program that was a joint production of NBC News and The Wall Street Journal. He joined ABC in 1990.

Yu became Chicago's first Asian–American broadcast journalist when she began her news career in Chicago at WMAQ-TV in 1979. For her broadcasting work, Yu has received a total of five local Emmy Awards including one for her report examining the aftermath of 9/11 in 2001. In 1984, Yu was honored with a National Gold Medal from the National Conference of Community and Justice for her documentary, "The Scars of Belfast".
