Bangor Township Schools is a school district headquartered in Bangor Township, Bay County, Michigan, near Bay City. [1] [2]

John Glenn High School opened in 1965. In 1997, Bangor Junior High School was renamed to Christa McAuliffe Middle School in keeping with the space theme of the school district. [3]

John Glenn High School was a member of the North East Michigan Conference. In 2010 that conference stopped being an all-sports league, which began a search for a new conference. [4] In October 2016, Glenn was admitted as a member of the Saginaw Valley League starting in the 2017–2018 school year. [4]

Delta College's district had its beginning in 1955 with Saginaw, Midland, and Bay counties making up the district. Delta College replaced Bay City Junior College, established in 1922, because the junior college could no longer support the growing enrollment. The Saginaw Valley Naval Ship Museum is dedicated to documenting the history of the United States Navy. The museum will be permanently housed in the USS Edson, a retired United States Navy destroyer that has recently been converted to a museum. The museum is located in Bay City, Michigan, United States. The man responsible for this destroyer being opened for a museum is Mike Kegley, the president of the Saginaw Valley Naval Ship Museum, who has worked on the project for the last fifteen years. This destroyer will be the main event for the museum as it has plans to expand into other exhibits in the years to come. The vice president Richard Janke, the Secretary Mary Kegley, and the treasurer Mark Janke also run the museum.

Frankenmuth School District is a school district headquartered in Frankenmuth, Michigan. It is a part of the Saginaw Intermediate School District and serves the Frankenmuth area. Its schools include the Preschool, List Elementary School, E.F. Rittmueller Middle School, and Frankenmuth High School.
