Brent Dearmon (born December 19, 1984) is an American football coach who is currently the head coach at the University of North Alabama. He was previously the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at the University of Kansas, Middle Tennessee State University, and Florida Atlantic University. Dearmon was also the head coach at Bethel University in Tennessee, where he won a Mid-South Conference championship in his lone season there. He also played college football at Bethel, where he set career and single-season records in passing yards and touchdowns. Dearmon spent time playing professionally for indoor football teams before getting into coaching.
Dearmon began his coaching career as a student assistant at his alma mater Bethel in 2007 working with the defensive backs. He was hired to be the offensive coordinator at his high school alma mater Vigor High School in Alabama, while also working at the school as a math teacher. [1] He was named the head coach at B. C. Rain High School in Mobile in 2011, where he compiled a 5–15 record in his two seasons there before accepting an off the field coaching role at Auburn. [2] He was a part of a trio of high school football coaches hired as analysts at Auburn in 2013 under first-year head coach Gus Malzahn. [3] He left Auburn in 2014 to accept the offensive coordinator position at Arkansas Tech. [4]
Dearmon was named the head coach at his alma mater Bethel in 2018. [5] In his lone season as the program's head coach, he compiled a 10–1 record and won a Mid-South conference championship.
Dearmon left Bethel in 2019 to accept a senior offensive analyst position at Kansas under Les Miles. [6] He was promoted to offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach midway through the season after Les Koenning was fired. [7]
Dearmon was named the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at Middle Tennessee in 2021. [8]
He was announced as the head coach for the University of North Alabama on December 3, 2022. [9]

Terrence Edwin Roof Jr. is an American football coach and former player who is the defensive coordinator and linebackers coach at the University of Oklahoma. He previously served as a defensive analyst at Clemson University, where he worked with Oklahoma head coach Brent Venables. Prior to that, Roof was the defensive coordinator at Vanderbilt University. Roof served as the head football coach at Duke University from 2003 to 2007, compiling a 6–45 record.
Stephen Sarkisian is an American football coach and former player. He is the head football coach at the University of Texas at Austin, a position he has held since January 2021. Sarkisian served as the head football coach at the University of Washington from 2009 to 2013, then at the University of Southern California (USC) from 2014 to 2015. He played college football as a quarterback at Brigham Young University (BYU) and professionally with the Saskatchewan Roughriders of the Canadian Football League (CFL). Arthur Gustavo Malzahn III is an American football coach. He is currently the head coach at the University of Central Florida (UCF). He was the head football coach at Auburn University from 2013 to 2020. He helped lead the 2010 Auburn Tigers to a National Championship. As head coach at Auburn, he led the team to a SEC Championship win and an appearance in the 2014 National Championship. Malzahn has coached Heisman winner Cam Newton and two Heisman finalists: Tre Mason and Nick Marshall.During Malzahn’s tenure at Auburn, he qualified as the second-longest tenured head coach at one school in the SEC, behind Nick Saban. Out of active head coaches, Malzahn also holds the best record against coach Saban.

Les Koenning Jr. is an American football coach. During his career, he has served as offensive coordinator for Duke, Houston, Alabama, Texas A&M, South Alabama, Mississippi State, Texas, UAB, and Kansas. He retired in 2020.
