Charlotte Jordan Evans (born 1 June 1994) [1] is an English actress, known for her roles as Gaby Grant in the Netflix series Free Rein and Daisy Midgeley in the ITV soap opera Coronation Street . The latter earned her a British Soap Award for Best Dramatic Performance.
Charlotte Jordan Evans was born on 1 June 1994 in Chobham, Surrey. She attended Oakfield School, a private school in Pyrford, as well as the Susan Robinson School of Ballet in Byfleet. While attending school, she competed in ballet, singing and acting competitions, and achieved a distinction in all of her examinations. [2]
Jordan made her professional acting debut in an episode of The Bill broadcast in 2007, under the name of Charlie Evans. [3] While under that name, she also portrayed the role of Serena in the Nickelodeon series Summer in Transylvania from 2011 to 2012. [4] In 2012, she also joined a pop group created by Geri Halliwell. In 2016, she began acting under the name Charlotte Jordan, and made her debut film appearance in Angel of Decay, as well as making an appearance in the BBC medical drama Casualty . [5] In 2018, Jordan was cast in the Netflix drama series Free Rein as Gaby Grant; she portrayed the role for two series and also starred in Free Rein Christmas and Valentine-themed films. [6] In 2019, she co-wrote and produced a short film titled Tracks. [5] A year later, Jordan joined the ITV soap opera Coronation Street as Daisy Midgeley. [7]

Ryan Connor is a fictional character from the British ITV soap opera Coronation Street. He first appeared on-screen during the episode broadcast on 30 August 2006. The character was initially portrayed by actor Ben Thompson from his introduction until 8 October 2010, when the character was written out of the serial. Ryan was created by series producer Steve Frost as part of the Connor family. The character was reintroduced in 2012, with the role recast to actor Sol Heras. Heras quit the role in July 2013 and Ryan departed on 2 October 2013. Ryan's return was confirmed in February 2018 and he returned on 23 May 2018, with Ryan Prescott recast in the role. It was confirmed that Ryan would leave the soap in late 2023. Ryan’s departure aired on 20 December 2023. Ryan returned on 1 March 2024.

Daisy Midgeley is a fictional character from the ITV soap opera Coronation Street, played by Charlotte Jordan. The character was mentioned by stepmother Jenny Bradley in October 2020, and a month later, the soap announced Jordan's casting as Daisy. Daisy made her first appearance on 27 November 2020. From her arrival, she takes a dislike to Jenny's husband Johnny Connor and works on getting Jenny to leave him. Her other storylines have involved her short term crushes on men who are in relationships, becoming involved in a multi-level marketing scheme, blackmailing Ronnie Bailey, becoming engaged to Daniel Osbourne and being stalked by Justin Rutherford, which culminated in her and Ryan Connor being the victim of an acid attack perpetrated by Justin.

Still then appeared in the series Outlander and Fried before playing Scott Fairchild on in the drama Waterloo Road in 2015. Still made his stage debut in National Theatre of Scotland's The James Plays trilogy (2016). In 2018, he took over the role of "Sick Boy" in Trainspotting Live. After appearing as Brian in the 2021 film Nobody Has to Know, Still played Rory Dashford in the series Granite Harbour in 2022. That December, he began appearing as the villain Justin Rutherford in a recurring guest role on the soap opera Coronation Street, last appearing in October 2023. Still has also acted in various theatre productions and workshops in addition to the short film Dark Roads. Still was nominated for "Best newcomer" at the 2012 TV Choice Awards for his Hollyoaks role as Joel and was longlisted for "Best Villain" at the 2023 Inside Soap Awards for his Coronation Street role as Justin, whilst Justin's storylines won and were nominated for several other awards.
