Dameon Venter (born 10 December 1999) is a South African rugby union player for the Tel Aviv Heat [2] and the Golden Lions in the Currie Cup. [3] His regular position is hooker.

Venter was named in the Golden Lions side for the 2022 Currie Cup Premier Division. [4] He made his Currie Cup debut for the Golden Lions against the Western Province in Round 1 of the 2022 Currie Cup Premier Division. [5]
