Dongnae District is a gu in central Busan, South Korea.
It has a population of about 300,000, and an area of 16.7 square kilometers. It was once a separate city, the principal port of southeastern Korea. Numerous historical relics are preserved in the area.
This district is well known for Pajeon, which is 'Green Onion Pancake'.
DongRaeGu is also the ID for the Korean StarCraft II pro gamer, Park Soo-ho. [1] Due to his success in events such as the Global StarCraft II League and Major League Gaming, he was recognized by the town and was allowed to officially represent the town by being able to place a badge on his uniform. [2]
Dongnae-gu is divided into seven legal dong, which altogether comprise 14 administrative dong, as follows:
Sajik-dong is home to two major sports venues: Sajik Baseball Stadium (home of KBO team Lotte Giants) and Sajik Arena (home to various basketball teams). Both venues, alongside the nearby Sajik Swimming Pool, hosted the baseball, basketball, gymnastics, swimming and diving events of the 2002 Asian Games held in Busan.
Heosimcheong Spa, Asia's largest spa, is in Oncheon-dong.
The Bokcheon-dong Ancient Tombs Park is a tourist attraction and archeological site located in Bokcheon-dong. [3]

The district's population is concentrated in the valley of the Oncheoncheon stream, a tributary of the Suyeonggang.

Yeonje District is a gu in central Busan, South Korea. It has an area of 12.08 km², and a population of about 220,000. Yeonje-gu was created in March 1995 following its separation from Dongnae-gu. Its name was formed by taking the first and last syllables of the names of its only 2 legal dong; Yeonsan-Dong and Geoje-Dong. Busan City Hall is located in Yeonje-gu.

Jangjeon is a dong, or precinct, in Geumjeong-gu, Busan, South Korea. A heavily populated district, it is located between the slopes of Geumjeongsan and the valley of the Oncheoncheon. It is bounded to the south by Oncheon-dong in Dongnae-gu and to the north by Guseo-dong. Due to its large population, Jangjeon-dong is divided into three "administrative dong," Jangjeon 1, 2, and 3-dong.

Tumuli in Bokcheon-dong, Dongnae is located in Dongnae-gu, Busan Metropolitan City, the Republic of Korea. A number of tombs are scattered about this hillside in Bokcheon-dong, which had been excavated partly by the Museum of Dong-A University. But later, through a new survey, the Museum of Pusan National University revealed many more tombs that were not visible from the ground. Some of the tombs are pit types without coffins, some have wooden coffins, and others have stone coffins covered with stone slabs. Many artifacts, including a bronze-gilded crown, an iron helmet, some armor, a horse bell and a horse face-guard were unearthed during the excavations. These are not only important to the study of the culture of Gaya Kingdoms but are also revealing about how that culture was transmitted to Japan.
Sajik Station is a station of Busan Metro Line 3 in Sajik-dong, Dongnae District, Busan, South Korea. It is associated with the Busan Sajik Baseball Stadium, home of the Lotte Giants.
Geumseong is a dong, or precinct, in Geumjeong-gu, Busan, South Korea. A lightly populated district, it is situated entirely within the mountain range of Geumjeongsan. It is bounded to the west by Hwamyeong-dong and Geumgok-dong in Buk District, to the northwest by Dong-myeon of Yangsan City, to the east by Cheongnyong-dong, Namsan-dong, Guseo-dong, and Jangjeon-dong of Geumjeong-gu, and to the south by Oncheon-dong in Dongnae-gu. The northernmost point in Geumseong-dong is at Godang-bong, the highest peak in Geumjeongsan.
Allak is a dong in Dongnae-gu, Busan, South Korea. It is divided into two administrative dong, Allak 1-dong and Allak 2-dong. The total area is 2.31 km2, with a population of 18,560. It borders Geumjeong-gu on the north.
Oncheon-cheon is a tributary of the Suyeong River in Busan, South Korea. It was previously known as the Seocheon or Dongnaecheon. The source of the river is on Geumjeongsan. It then flows through the built-up area of Busan, passing between Allak-dong and Yeonsan-dong along the way.
