Dubai Hills, also known as Dubai Hills Estate , is a luxury residential area located within Mohammed bin Rashid City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. [1] [2]

It is home to the expatriate community of Dubai. [3] Dubai Hills includes villas, apartments, business parks and the Dubai Hills Mall. The villas and apartments are grouped around an 18-hole golf course. [4]

Dubai Hills has been developed by Emaar Properties. [5] It is close to the Dubai Hills Hospital of King's College Hospital Dubai, [6] GEMS Wellington Academy, Al Khail, [7] and the Mall of the Emirates. [8]

Dubai Hills is home to Dubai Hills Golf Club, [9] a course that was awarded the World's Best New Golf Course 2019 [10] at the World Golf Awards, Abu Dhabi. [11] Dubai Hills Golf Club also won United Arab Emirates' Best Golf Course in 2021. [12]

Dubai Lifestyle City was a multi-purpose development project in the Dubailand area of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, covering over 4.15 million square feet. Dubai Lifestyle City at Dubailand was officially inaugurated in January 2006. Had it been completed, the development would have had 68 villas and 120 villettes (apartments), golf course, auditorium, theatre, and sports and recreational facilities. The cost of the project was estimated to be Dh 2.4 billion. The project has now been cancelled.

Dubai Meydan City is a new development under construction in the Ras Al Khor area of Dubai, UAE. The project was launched on the eve of the 2007 Dubai World Cup. The entire development will cover more than 40,000,000 square feet (3,700,000 m2) GFA on a land size of around 15,000,000 square feet (1,400,000 m2).
