It is a two-and-a-half-story building with Eastlake-style detailing in its front porch and gabled eaves. It was home of George Adams, president of the J. & G. Adams Bank, founded in Millersburg in 1870. [2]

Today, it is the home of the non-profit G. W. Adams Educational Center, Inc. The mansion is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and the Ohio Underground Railroad Association's list of Underground Railroad sites.

The Millersburg Ferry, also known as the Crow's Ferry, is the last operating ferry on the Susquehanna River. It crosses the river between Millersburg in Dauphin County and Buffalo Township in Perry County, Pennsylvania in the United States. The ferry was established in the early 19th century. The Millersburg Ferry crossing was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2006. Its ferry boat is believed to be the last "wooden double stern-wheel paddle boat" to be operating in the United States. It is owned by the Millersburg Chamber of Commerce and operated by the Millersburg Ferryboat Association from May until October when water levels permit.

Millersburg is a village that serves as the county seat of Holmes County, Ohio, United States located 66 miles (106 km) south of Cleveland. The population was 3,025 at the 2010 census. Holmes County Airport, located two miles southwest of Millersburg, serves the county.
Millersburg is a historic railway station located at Millersburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. It was built in 1898, by the Northern Central Railway. It is a two-story, brick and frame building in the Queen Anne style. It features a deep porch around three sides. The property also includes the stone foundation of the original baggage house. It was used as a passenger station until 1960. In 1982, it was acquired by the Historical Society of Millersburg. It is used as an information center for tourists and visitors and houses offices of the Millersburg Ferry Boat Association and Millersburg Area Chamber of Commerce.
