Grand Slam Tennis 2 is a tennis video game, developed by EA Canada, it was released for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. A downloadable demo was released on January 10 for both platforms. It is the sequel to Grand Slam Tennis . [1]
The game features a control scheme, dubbed Total Racquet Control, giving players control of each shot with the right analog stick, with precision, accuracy, and power. The game features all four Grand Slams, including Wimbledon. The game supports the PlayStation Move, but does not support Kinect.
The game features a Career mode in which players create their own tennis player and take them through 10 years of tournaments, with the aim of being ranked number 1. Before each Grand Slam players have the opportunity to take part in training, an exhibition match or a minor tournament. Players earn points from matches and these points accumulate to increase the players ranking.
The game also features an ESPN Grand Slam Classics mode in which players relive classic moments from Grand Slam tournaments from the 1980s to the 2000s and Fantasy matches. [2]
Although an online pass code is included in the game, EA confirmed that it would not be required to access online multiplayer due to "technical issues with the registration system". [3]
Pat Cash provides commentary continuing his role from the prequel and analysis is provided by John McEnroe. The in-game music is provided by DJ Paul van Dyk, who wrote and produced all the tracks in the game.

Grand Slam Tennis 2 received "average" reviews on both platforms according to the review aggregation website Metacritic. [4] [5] The game was praised for its presentation, HD graphics and control system, but was criticized mainly for its difficulty-changing career mode. New Game Network said that "GST2 has solid ball-thwacking mechanics and some killer drop shots, but in other areas the game feels a distant second best to Virtua Tennis 4 ". [19] In Japan, where the PlayStation 3 version was ported for release on April 12, 2012, [20] Famitsu gave it a score of three sevens and one eight for a total of 29 out of 40. [6]
Fight Night Round 3 is a boxing video game developed by Electronic Arts. It is the sequel to EA Sports' previous boxing title, Fight Night Round 2, which was released in 2005. Fight Night Round 3 was released on February 20, 2006, for the Xbox, Xbox 360, PlayStation Portable and PlayStation 2. The Mobile phone version was released on November 30, 2006, and the PlayStation 3 version was released five days later.
Virtua Tennis 3, known in Japan as Sega Professional Tennis: Power Smash 3, is the second arcade game sequel to Sega's tennis game franchise, Virtua Tennis. The arcade version of Virtua Tennis 3 is powered by the PC-based Sega Lindbergh arcade system board. Ports for the PC, Xbox 360, PlayStation Portable and PlayStation 3 consoles are also available with a traditional collection of tennis minigames that the home versions of Virtua Tennis are known for. Top Spin 3 is the third title in the Top Spin series of video games. The game was developed by PAM Development and published by 2K. New game elements include real-time weather effects, more options of professional tennis players, an in-depth character creation tool and new unparalleled gameplay mechanics. It also features impressive advancements in an audio/visual sense with improved Dolby Digital surround sound and "Evolutionary" visuals. Top Spin 4 was released as a sequel about three years later.
Skate is a skateboarding video game for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and mobile phones. It was developed by EA Black Box and released in 2007. Two sequels, Skate 2 and Skate 3, have been released for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, as well as Skate It, a spin-off for Wii, Nintendo DS and iOS platforms. In 2020, EA announced plans for a new Skate game.
Lost Planet 2 is a third-person shooter video game developed and published by Capcom and Beeline Interactive, Inc. The game is the sequel to Lost Planet: Extreme Condition, taking place ten years after the events of the first game, on the same planet. The game was developed for BlackBerry, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Microsoft Windows. The NBA Live series was discontinued for four years until NBA Live 14 in 2013, and was the last installment available for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PSP.

UFC Undisputed 2010 is a mixed martial arts fighting game featuring Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) properties and fighters developed by Yuke's and published by THQ in 2010 for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, and PlayStation Portable. It is the second game to be released under THQ's 2007 agreement with the UFC and it is a sequel to the successful UFC 2009 Undisputed. Another sequel, UFC Undisputed 3, was released in 2012.
Virtua Tennis 4, known in Japan as Power Smash 4, is the third sequel to Sega's tennis game franchise, Virtua Tennis. It was released on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Microsoft Windows, Wii and PlayStation Vita. This is the first main series Virtua Tennis game to not have an arcade release before the console releases. An arcade version was also released, which is powered by the PC-based Sega RingEdge arcade system. There are two versions of the cabinet: an upright 4-player cabinet, and a deluxe 4-player cabinet.
Top Spin 4 is a tennis video game developed by 2K Czech and published by 2K released on the PlayStation 3, Wii, and Xbox 360 consoles. It was the last game to be released for the franchise. The game features licensed professional players, venues and equipment. The game was released on March 15, 2011 in America, and was released on March 18 in the PAL region. The PS3 version supports the PlayStation Move and is also compatible in 3D. The Xbox 360 version does not support the Kinect but is 3D compatible.

Blades of Time is an action-adventure hack-and-slash video game developed by Gaijin Entertainment and published by Konami and Iceberg Interactive for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Mac OS X. The game is a reboot/sequel to Gaijin Entertainment's past work, X-Blades. Blades of Time was released in North America on March 6, 2012, in Japan and Australia on March 8, 2012, and in Europe on March 16, 2012. The Windows and OS X versions were announced at a later date, originally for April 18, before the release date was pushed back to April 20, 2012. A Nintendo Switch version was released in Europe and North America on May 14, 2019. In the English version, the lead character is voiced by Miranda Raison.
WRC 2: FIA World Rally Championship is the official racing video game of the 2011 FIA World Rally Championship. It was developed by Milestone srl and features improved details, visuals and new modes to be the most realistic rally simulation. The game was released for PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Microsoft Windows in Europe on October 14, 2011, and in North America on April 24, 2013.
