The music for the 2013 action-adventure video game Grand Theft Auto V, developed by Rockstar North and published by Rockstar Games, was composed by German electronic music group Tangerine Dream, American composer Woody Jackson, and American hip hop musicians The Alchemist and Oh No. The game is the first entry in the Grand Theft Auto series to make use of an original score. In collaboration with each other, the musicians produced over twenty hours of music which scores the game's missions. Grand Theft Auto V has an in-game radio that can tune into sixteen stations playing more than 441 tracks of licensed music, as well as two talk radio stations. The composers of the score wanted it to accompany the licensed music, as opposed to detract from it.
OpenRCT2 is a construction and management simulation video game that simulates amusement park management. It is a free and open-source re-implementation and expansion of the 2002 video game RollerCoaster Tycoon 2. In order to create an accurate clone of RollerCoaster Tycoon 2, the game was incrementally written in the platform independent C programming language. In addition to various gameplay changes, the developers fixed a number of bugs and issues that were in the original game.

Catherine Grace Garner, known professionally as Slayyyter, is an American singer and songwriter. She started her career independently releasing songs through SoundCloud. Her single "Mine" reached number 38 on the iTunes pop chart. The song was included on her self-titled debut mixtape which was independently released in 2019. The game is a clone of the Guitar Hero franchise with nearly identical gameplay. The main draw of the game is its ability to play community-made songs, which has resulted in a large fan community around the game as well as a resurgence in popularity for the genre.

Absurdle is a 2022 web-based puzzle word game created by Sam Hughes, commonly known as qntm. It is a Wordle clone in which the player attempts to guess a five-letter word while the game changes the solution. Inspired by his other project Hatetris, he created Absurdle to experiment the passive-aggressiveness of the former game.
Quordle is a 2022 word game developed and published by Freddie Meyer. Inspired by Wordle and Dordle, Quordle tasks the player to solve four puzzles at once. In January 2023, the game was acquired by Merriam-Webster.
Squabble is a 2022 web-based battle royale and word game created by Ottomated. The game combines the gameplay of Wordle, a word game created by Josh Wardle and bought by The New York Times, and battle royale mechanics. Released in February 2022, Squabble received positive reviews from journalists, who focused primarily on the fast paced gameplay.
