The King Edward Hotel, built in 1923 as the Edwards Hotel, is an historic hotel in downtown Jackson, Mississippi. The second of two buildings located on the site at the corner of Capitol and Mill Streets, it was closed and vacant for nearly 40 years before renovations began in 2006. The hotel was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976, and declared a Mississippi Landmark in 1990. It was restored from 2007-2009 as a combination of apartments and the Hilton Garden Inn Jackson Downtown, which opened on December 17, 2009. It features the King Edward Grill, King Edward Bar, Pavilion Pantry convenience mart, a fitness center and formerly a Seattle's Best Coffee shop.
The London Guarantee Building or London Guaranty & Accident Building is a historic 1923 commercial skyscraper whose primary occupant since 2016 is the LondonHouse Chicago Hotel. Formerly, for a time named the Stone Container Building, it is located near the Loop in Chicago, and is one of four historic 1920s skyscrapers that surround the Michigan Avenue Bridge over the Chicago River(the others are the Wrigley Building, Tribune Tower and 333 North Michigan Avenue) and is a contributing property to the Michigan–Wacker Historic District. It stands on part of the former site of Fort Dearborn. The building was designated a Chicago Landmark on April 16, 1996.

The Exchange Building is located at the corner of Second Street and Madison Avenue in downtown Memphis, Tennessee. It is 264.0 feet (80.5 m) tall and has 217,244 square feet (20,182.6 m2) of living space. The building is made of steel and concrete, and employs many decorative elements including Tennessee marble, granite, and detailed plaster work.
