The International Council for Information Technology in Government Administration (ICA) is a non-profit making organisation which promotes the information exchange of knowledge, ideas and experiences between central government information technology authorities.

The ICA was established in 1968. [1]

The NLA was established in 1968 by Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, first President of the UAE, under the name of Center for Documentation and Research (CDR). Forty years later, the late UAE President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan issued Law No. (7) for 2008 designating the Center as the official National Archives of the UAE, under the name National Center for Documentation and Research (NCDR). The Indian Civil Accounts Service(ICAS)(Hindi: भारतीय सिविल लेखा सेवाBharatiya Civil Lekha Seva ) is one of the Civil Services of India. ICAS is under the Department of Expenditure in the Union Ministry of Finance. The service was created in 1976 with the purpose of separating the Auditing and Accounting functions of the Union Government with deputation and transfer from the Indian Audit and Accounts Department. Since 1977, personnel have been selected from the Civil Services Examination conducted by the Union Public Service Commission, like all other Central Civil Services.
