Pomeranz was an MLB All-Star with the Padres in 2016, and a World Series champion with the Red Sox in 2018.

Anderson José Espinoza is a Venezuelan professional baseball pitcher in the San Diego Padres organization. Espinoza pitched in the farm system of the Boston Red Sox before being acquired by the San Diego Padres in July 2016. He underwent Tommy John surgery in both 2017 and 2019, and did not return to game action until May 2021. He was traded to the Chicago Cubs that July. Espinoza is listed at 6 feet 0 inches (1.83 m) and 160 pounds (73 kg), and he throws and bats right-handed.
Javier Alexis Guerra[gayr'rah] is a Panamanian professional baseball pitcher for the Milwaukee Brewers of Major League Baseball (MLB). Guerra began his career as an infielder, reaching MLB as such in 2018 with the San Diego Padres, before converting to pitching in 2019. He has also played in MLB for the Tampa Bay Rays.

He has played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the San Francisco Giants, Minnesota Twins, Baltimore Orioles, San Diego Padres and Toronto Blue Jays. He played college baseball for the University of Florida. The Boston Red Sox selected Anderson in the third round of the 2016 MLB draft.
