"Super Freak" is a 1981 single produced and performed by American singer Rick James. The song, co-written by James and Alonzo Miller, was first released on James' fifth album, Street Songs (1981) and became one of James' signature songs. "End of the Road" is a song by American R&B group Boyz II Men for the Boomerang soundtrack. It was released in 1992 and was written by Babyface, Antonio L.A. Reid and Daryl Simmons. "End of the Road" achieved domestic and international success. In the United States, "End of the Road" spent a then record breaking 13 weeks at number one on the US Billboard Hot 100, a record broken later in the year by Whitney Houston's 14-week number one hit "I Will Always Love You"; Boyz II Men would later match Houston's record with "I'll Make Love to You", which spent 14 weeks at number one in 1994, and then reclaim the record with "One Sweet Day", which spent 16 weeks at number one from 1995 to 1996.

The Dutch Top 40 is a weekly music chart compiled by Stichting Nederlandse Top 40. It started as a radio program titled "Veronica Top 40", on the offshore station Radio Veronica in 1965. It remained "The Veronica Top 40" until 1974, when the station was forced to stop broadcasting. Joost den Draaijer was the initiator of the Top 40 in the Netherlands. The show is currently aired on Friday from 2 till 6 PM on Qmusic.

"Boten Anna" is a song by Swedish Eurodance musician Basshunter, from his first studio album, LOL. Following the single's release in 2006, Basshunter gained popularity in his native Sweden, as well as Finland, Denmark, Iceland, Norway, Poland and the Netherlands. The song topped hit charts and, on 3 May 2006, was named Norway's official Russ-song of the year. It was also the most popular song at The Gathering demo party 2006. Shame, Shame, Shame (Shirley & Company song)

"Shame, Shame, Shame" is a 1974 hit song written by Sylvia Robinson, performed by American disco band Shirley & Company and released on the Vibration label. The lead singer is Shirley Goodman, who was one half of Shirley and Lee, who had enjoyed a major hit 18 years earlier, in 1956, with the song "Let The Good Times Roll" for Aladdin Records. The male vocalist is Jesus Alvarez. The saxophone solo is by Seldon Powell, whose instrumental version, "More Shame", is the B-side.

Caro Emerald Dutch pop and jazz singer

Caroline Esmeralda van der Leeuw, known by her stage name Caro Emerald, is a Dutch pop and jazz singer who mainly performs in English. Active since 2007, she rose to prominence in 2009 with her debut single, "Back It Up". Her follow-up single "A Night Like This" topped charts in the Netherlands. Emerald is often praised for her live performances.

"Mi Rowsu" is a song written and performed by Surinamese singer Damaru. The song became a great success in Suriname. Another version of the song, which features Jan Smit, became a huge hit in the Netherlands.

Ik neem je mee

"Ik neem je mee" is a song recorded by Dutch rapper Gers Pardoel for his debut studio album, Deze wereld is van jou . It was released on 2 September 2011 as the second single of the album. The song was produced by Dutch producer Sergio van Gonter, better known as Reverse, and co-written by Van Gonter, Pardoel and Ricardo de Rooy. The single became a great success in the Netherlands and Belgium. "Ik neem je mee" is the most successful Dutch-language song in the Dutch Top 40 and the Mega Top 50 ever.
