The ARIA Charts are the main Australian music sales charts, issued weekly by the Australian Recording Industry Association. The charts are a record of the highest selling songs and albums in various genres in Australia. ARIA became the official Australian music chart in June 1988, succeeding the Kent Music Report, which had been Australia's national music sales charts since 1974.
English singer-songwriter Adele has released four studio albums, one video album, two extended plays, 16 singles and nine music videos. Adele signed a record deal with XL in 2006, and released her debut album 19 in 2008. The album reached number one on the UK Albums Chart, and her single, "Chasing Pavements", reached number two on the UK Singles Chart. Another single, "Make You Feel My Love", reached number one in the Netherlands.
American singer Lady Gaga has released five solo studio albums, two collaborative studio albums, two film soundtracks, three remix albums, two compilation albums, four EPs, two live albums, 38 singles, and 14 promotional singles. Gaga made her debut in August 2008 with the studio album The Fame, which peaked at number two in the United States, where it was subsequently certified triple Platinum, while topping the charts in Austria, Canada, Germany, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. Its first two singles, "Just Dance" and "Poker Face", were both successful worldwide, reaching number one in Australia, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States. The album spawned three more singles: "Eh, Eh ", "LoveGame" and "Paparazzi". The latter reached the top ten in many countries worldwide, and number one in Germany.
"Something Just Like This" is a song by American electronic music duo The Chainsmokers and British rock band Coldplay. It was released on February 22, 2017, as the second single from The Chainsmokers debut album, Memories...Do Not Open, and as the lead single from Coldplay's thirteenth EP Kaleidoscope. The song samples their 2015 hit single Roses featuring American songwriter ROZES
"In My Feelings" is a song by Canadian rapper Drake from his fifth studio album Scorpion (2018). It was released to rhythmic and contemporary hit radio on July 10, 2018, as the album's fifth single. The song features additional vocals by the City Girls, though they are uncredited on the official version. The song topped the Billboard Hot 100 chart for ten weeks and broke several records.

"Rewrite the Stars" is a song performed by Zac Efron and Zendaya for the film The Greatest Showman (2017). It was released on November 17, 2017 by Atlantic Records as a promotional single from The Greatest Showman: Original Motion Picture Soundtrack. In Australia, "Rewrite the Stars" was released to radio on July 20, 2018. The song sees Efron's character, Phillip, serenading Zendaya's character, Anne, trying to convince her that they're meant to be together, despite their differences races. Anne was treated differently because of the colour of her skin and she felt it all the time. Phillip genuinely loved her and was most oblivious of how she felt about people seeing it thinking about them being together.
Recording Industry Association Singapore (RIAS) is an organisation that represents the music industry in Singapore and national representative of the International Federation of the Phonographic Industry. The organisation was founded in 1976 as the Singapore Phonogram Videogram Association (SPVA) and renamed in 2001.
"Be Alright" is a song by Australian singer and songwriter Dean Lewis. The song was released in June 2018 as the lead single from Lewis' debut studio album, A Place We Knew. It reached number one and is certified 10× Platinum in Australia and multi platinum worldwide, including 2× Platinum in the United States.
"Eastside" is a song by American record producer Benny Blanco and American singers Halsey and Khalid. The song was released on July 12, 2018, as Blanco's debut single.
"Beautiful" is a song by American singer Bazzi, initially self-released digitally on July 2, 2017. The song was later featured as the 13th track on the album Cosmic, which was released on April 12, 2018. A reimagined version of the song, featuring Cuban-American singer-songwriter Camila Cabello was released on August 2, 2018.
"Kiss and Make Up" is a song by English singer Dua Lipa and South Korean girl group Blackpink from Dua Lipa: Complete Edition (2018), the super deluxe reissue of the former's eponymous debut studio album. The song was written by Lipa, Chelcee Grimes, Yannick Rastogi, Zacharie Raymond, Mathieu Jomphe-Lepine, Marc Vincent, and Teddy Park, while production was handled by Banx & Ranx. It was released through Warner Bros. Records as the second promotional single from the reissue on 19 October 2018, alongside the reissue's release.
"Better" is a song by American singer Khalid for his first EP Suncity (2018). It was released as the lead single from the EP on September 14, 2018. It was also included on the album Free Spirit. The song was a commercial success and became Khalid's first solo top 10 single in the US.
"This Feeling" is a song by The Chainsmokers featuring Kelsea Ballerini. Written by the Chainsmokers and Emily Warren, with production handled by former, it was released by Disruptor Records and Columbia Records on September 18, 2018, as the seventh single from the Chainsmokers' second studio album, Sick Boy. It is also featured on the deluxe edition of Ballerini's second studio album, Unapologetically.
"Sunflower" is a song performed by American rappers and singers Post Malone and Swae Lee. It was released as a single from the soundtrack to the 2018 animated film Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, and is included on Post Malone's third studio album Hollywood's Bleeding (2019). The single was released on October 19, 2018. It became Malone's third and Lee's first song as a soloist to top the US Billboard Hot 100 songs chart. The song ranked in the top ten of the chart for 33 weeks, at the time sharing the record for the most such weeks with "Girls Like You" by Maroon 5 featuring Cardi B and "Shape of You" by Ed Sheeran. "Sunflower" also reached number one in Australia, Canada, Malaysia, and New Zealand, as well as the top ten in twelve additional countries. It is certified Diamond in the US and Canada.

She had sold over 150 million singles worldwide by December 2016. Her UK singles sales stood at 17 million as of August 2019. According to the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), Swift has achieved 134 million certified units based on sales and on-demand streaming as of September 2021. With 168 US Billboard Hot 100 chart entries, including 8 number-one songs and 30 top-ten songs, Swift is the female artist with the most charted songs in the United States.
