MTV Denmark was a music and entertainment channel broadcasting to the Danish market.
The channel replaced MTV Nordic in May, 2005, however on February 22, 2019, it was replaced by the return of MTV Nordic.
During the days of MTV Nordic, languages other than English were rarely spoken on MTV in Denmark. With the start of MTV Denmark, several Danish language programmes were produced. These include:
Television was introduced in Finland in 1955. Color television started in 1969 and was introduced gradually, with most programs in color by the late 1970s. All terrestrial analogue stations stopped broadcasting on 1 September 2007 after the introduction of digital television; cable providers were allowed to continue analog broadcasting in their networks until 1 March 2008.

MTV Norway was a music and entertainment channel broadcasting to the Norwegian market.
V Sport is the common brand of several sports channels targeting the Nordic countries, owned by Nordic Entertainment Group. The brand has been introduced in June 2020, replacing the former brands Viasat Sport and Viasport. Its main competitors are C More Sport and Eurosport.

MTV Nordic was a pan-European cable television network launched on 5 June 1998. A 24-hour English-language network aimed at viewers in the Nordic countries and other European territories. Between 1998 and 2006 MTV Nordic served the majority of European territories under the branding MTV Europe & Nordic. The majority of programming was hosted by presenters from the Nordic countries, mainly Sweden, Denmark and Norway. Additional veejays came from Israel, US, Ireland and the United Kingdom. The channel gradually began to localize in May 2005 with the launch of MTV Denmark and in September 2005 the launch of MTV Sweden, MTV Norway and MTV Finland, which resulted in the MTV Nordic ceasing as a brand.
BBC HD is an international high-definition television channel provided by BBC Studios. In many countries the channel has been replaced by other BBC Studios operations. At present, the channel is only available in selected cruise ships and within the maritime industry.
