TheJoffrey Ballet, based in Chicago, Illinois, is a premier dance company. The Joffrey regularly performs classical ballets, including Romeo & Juliet and The Nutcracker, and modern dance pieces. Many choreographers have worked with the Joffrey, including Paul Taylor, Twyla Tharp, George Balanchine, and founders Gerald Arpino and Robert Joffrey. Founded as a touring company in 1956, it was based in New York City until 1995 when it moved to Chicago. The company's headquarters and dance academy are in Joffrey Tower, and it performs its October–May season at the Auditorium Theatre. In 2020 the company will move its performance venue to Chicago's Civic Opera House through an arrangement with the Lyric Opera of Chicago.

Whelan has also been an influential guest artist with Morphoses/The Wheeldon Company. In 2019, Whelan was named Associate Artistic Director of New York City Ballet.

Rubinald Rofino Pronk, born and raised in The Hague, is a danseur performing with the Morphoses/The Wheeldon Company. He trained at the Royal (Dutch) Conservatory of Dance and joined the Dutch National Ballet at age 16 and was promoted to soloist. Rubinald performed works by choreographers including Sir Frederick Ashton, George Balanchine, William Forsythe, Jacopo Godani, Martha Graham and Krzysztof Pastor. In 2006 he joined Dwight Rhoden and Desmond Richardson's Complexions Contemporary Ballet, performing works by Rhoden and Ulysses Dove. He is a guest artist with Dutch National Ballet and in 2009-2011 with Polish National Ballet.
Andrew Crawford is an Australian danseur performing with the Morphoses/The Wheeldon Company, having previously danced with the Monte Carlo Ballet and the Dutch National Ballet.

Tyler Gurfein is an American dancer performing with the Staatsballett Berlin in Berlin, Germany and previously with Ballett Zürich in Zürich, Switzerland and Morphoses/The Wheeldon Company. He trained at the School of American Ballet and the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis School at American Ballet Theatre then joining ABT II in 2007.
Rachel Sherak is a ballerina dancing with Morphoses/The Wheeldon Company and formerly with the Carolina Ballet. She began studying dance at the North Atlanta Dance Academy followed by the School of American Ballet. At SAB, she performed in New York City Ballet's productions of Coppelia and Susan Stroman's Double Feature and originated a principal role the James Sewall's 2006 ballet for the New York Choreographic Institute.
Rory Hohenstein is a danseur with the Joffrey Ballet. Born in Washington, DC, he began his training at the Kirov Academy of Ballet. Before finishing high school, he joined Le Jeune Ballet de France in Paris where completed his studies. He joined the San Francisco Ballet in July 2000 and six years later was promoted to soloist in 2006. In 2008 Morphoses/The Wheeldon Company and toured with the company to Sadler's Wells and the Sydney Festival. Hohenstein freelanced in 2010 with the Lar Lubovitch Dance and M & Company before joining the Joffrey in 2011.
Céline Cassone is a French-born ballerina dancing with the Morphoses/The Wheeldon Company and Benjamin Millepied's Danses Concertantes at the Joyce Theater during their 2008 seasons. She at the Conservatoire National d’Avignon and began her dance career at the Deutsche Oper Berlin. She later joined the State Theater of Karlsruhe and for four danced in Germinal Casado's ballets. Céline then joined the Béjart Ballet and in 1999 the Ballet du Grand Théâtre de Genève where she was promoted to soloist.
Beatriz Stix-Brunell is a First Soloist of The Royal Ballet.. She joined the company as an Artist in 2010 and was promoted to Soloist in 2012 and First Soloist in 2016. She previously danced with Morphoses.
