Hendry County is a county in the Florida Heartland region of the U.S. state of Florida. As of the 2020 census, the population was 39,619, down from 42,022 at the 2010 census. Its county seat is LaBelle.

The W.R.C. Hall is an historic building located in Iowa Falls, Iowa, United States. Built in 1898, the building has segmented arched windows and a bracketed metal cornice, which are features of the Italianate style.
The American Legion Hut , also known as the Newton County American Legion Post No. 89 Hut, was built in 1934. With 24 acres (9.7 ha), it was listed on the U.S. National Register of Historic Places in 2007. It is significant for its Rustic style architecture as applied in Mississippi, which includes use of horizontal log walls, exposed rafters and trusses, and stone fireplaces.
The Cushing American Legion Building is an American Legion hall located at 212 S. Noble in Cushing, Oklahoma. The building was built in 1924 to serve as a meeting place for American Legion Post 108, which was organized by World War I veterans. The Mission Revival building features a raised parapet and a colonnade of square columns in front of the entrance. The American Legion Post hosted social events for veterans and sponsored observances on Armistice Day and Memorial Day. The post expanded to include World War II veterans in the 1940s and hosted meetings of other local groups throughout the 1940s and 1950s; the American Legion has continued to meet at the post into the 21st century.
The Carl L. Caviness Post 102, American Legion was built in 1925. It reflects Late 19th and 20th Century Revivals architecture and was designed by Chariton architect William L. Perkins. In its National Register of Historic Places nomination, it was deemed "a good example of the Revival styles popular in the 1920s", a well-preserved work by William L. Perkins and an illustration of "the importance of the American Legion in the social life of the community." It was named in honor of Carl L. Caviness who was the first Lucas county resident to be killed in action during World War I.
Harvey and Clarke was an American architectural firm formed by Henry Stephen Harvey and L. Philips Clarke in West Palm Beach, Florida, in 1921. The firm was active in South Florida for only a few years, but in that time designed a number of distinctive homes, apartments, churches, and commercial buildings. Harvey was a member of the West Palm Beach Planning Commission. Firm member Gustav Maass designed several railroad stations, and became a noted South Florida architect in his own right.

The American Legion Post No. 512 is a war veterans' organization and historic meeting hall located at the corner of Dolores Street and 8th Avenue in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California. The Legion Hall is open to all members of The American Legion. The Alvin B. Chapin Memorial Hall is used for special events and civic functions. The building was registered with the California Register of Historical Resources on January 28, 2002.
