Mongezi Wellbeloved Twala is a South African politician who has been a Member of the KwaZulu-Natal Legislature since 22 May 2019. [1] He is the provincial Chairperson of the Economic Freedom Fighters. [2] Twala serves on the health, co-operative governance and traditional affairs committees in the legislature. [1]

On 16 March 2020, Cricket South Africa suspended all cricket in the country for 60 days due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Hlanganani Siphelele Gumbi is a South African politician. A member of the Democratic Alliance, Gumbi was elected to the eThekwini city council in 2011. In 2014, he was elected to the KwaZulu-Natal Legislature. Gumbi became a member of the National Assembly of South Africa following the 2019 general election. He was appointed Shadow Deputy Minister of Tourism. In 2022, he resigned from the National Assembly to return to the KwaZulu-Natal Legislature. He was then appointed as the DA KZN Spokesperson on Agriculture and Rural Development.

Ravigasen Ranganathan "Ravi" Pillay is a South African attorney and African National Congress (ANC) politician who served as the Member of the Executive Council for Economic Development, Tourism and Environmental Affairs in the KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Government from November 2020 until August 2022. He was the MEC for Finance from May 2019 to November 2020 and the MEC for Human Settlements and Public Works from 2011 to 2019. Pillay was elected to the KwaZulu-Natal Legislature in 2009 and served as the legislature's chief whip of the majority party from 2009 to 2011.

Siphosihle Emmanuel Hlomuka is a South African politician who is the Member of the Executive Council (MEC) for Transport, Community Safety and Liaison in KwaZulu-Natal, having been appointed in August 2022. He served as the MEC for Co-operative Governance and Traditional Affairs from May 2019 to August 2022. Hlomuka was sworn in as a Member of the Provincial Legislature in May 2019. He is the deputy provincial secretary of the African National Congress.

Abednigo Vusumuzi Khoza is a South African politician who served as a member of the National Assembly of South Africa from February until October 2023. He previously served in the KwaZulu-Natal Legislature from May 2014 to February 2023. Khoza was a member of the Economic Freedom Fighters party.
