Myron B. Dossett (born January 9,1961) is an American politician and a Republican member of the Kentucky House of Representatives representing District 9 [1] since January 2007. His district comprises part of Christian County. Dossett was first elected in 2006 following the retirement of longtime representative James E. Bruce.
Dossett attended Murray State University.
Prior to being elected to the Kentucky House of Representatives,Dossett was elected as a magistrate to the Christian County Fiscal Court. He is also a member of the local Ruritan Club. [2]
F. L. "Ben" Waide is an American politician and a Republican member of the Kentucky House of Representatives from January 2011 to January 2015,representing District 10. In the 2014 redistricting of the house,the 10th district was redrawn such that Waide lived in the 9th district alongside incumbent Myron Dossett. He did not run for reelection,instead running unsuccessfully for Judge/Executive of Hopkins County.
