No Limit Forever Records is an American independent record label founded by Romeo Miller. No Limit's Vice President is Romeo's brother Valentino. No Limit's COO is Romeo's uncle Silkk The Shocker.

History

On November 26, 2010, No Limit Forever Records was established by Romeo Miller. [1]

On February 9, 2011 Romeo Miller signed the first female to the label, Miss Chee. He also signed rapper Oak Tree and Jamaican singer Kay-I. [2] The next day, Romeo signed Terry "T-Million" Miles to the label [3] and on 16 February 2011 it was announced that he had signed SouthDown, the first rock band to be on the label. [4] Romeo has also signed Louisiana artist Co-Ruff and former Death Row Records artist Eastwood [4]

On November 17, 2012 Master P formed a group called Louie V Mob that features himself, Atlanta rapper Alley Boy & Washington, DC rapper Fat Trel.

In 2015, Master P formed a new group called Money Mafia which originally featured himself & No Limit Forever artists Ace B, Calliope Popeye, Eastwood, Flight Boy, Gangsta, Maserati Rome, Play Beezy, & No Limit Forever in-house producer BlaqNmilD, Money Mafia now consist of original members Ace B, BlaqNmilD, Eastwood, Master P & newest members Dark Fame formerly Fame-O, Maine Musik, Miss Chee & T.E.C. [5] On December 9, 2015 it was announced that Master P had signed Arizona artist's Angelo Nano & JSlugg500. [6]

On March 28, 2016 Master P would introduce his group No Limit Boys formerly Money Mafia which now consist of No Limit Forever artists Ace B, Angelo Nano, BlaqNmilD, JSlugg500, Lambo, Master P & Mo3Roy. [7] On December 14, 2016 Master P would announce the signing of Houston, Texas artist Marqus Clae. [8]

On January 25, 2017 Master P would announce the signing of Long Beach, California artist Paloma Ford. [9]

On June 14, 2011 Bengie B & Gangsta released a collaborative mixtape Bout Gangsta Shit Vol.1. [10] On June 18, 2011 T-Bo Da Firecracker released Jimi Swag. On January 16, 2013 Master P released Al Capone which was a promo for his upcoming Boss of All Bosses album. No Limit Forever LLC is currently suspended by the California Franchise Tax Board; it had no agent for service of process since 2014.

Gangsta rap or gangster rap, initially called reality rap, is a subgenre of rap music that conveys the culture and values typical of urban gangs, reality of the world and street hustlers. Emerging in the late 1980s, gangsta rap's pioneers include Schoolly D of Philadelphia and Ice-T of Los Angeles, later expanding in California with artists such as N.W.A and Tupac Shakur. Miller gained fame in the mid-1990s as the lead member and founder of the label's hip hop group TRU, as well as his fifth solo album Ice Cream Man (1996) and its namesake lead single. His 1997 single, "Make 'Em Say Uhh!" received platinum certification by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).

Teyon Isiah Winfree, better known by his stage name Vado, is an American rapper from New York. He formed the hip hop duo U.N. with hometown native Cam'ron in 2009, with whom he has released two collaborative albums—Heat in Here Vol. 1 (2010) and Gunz n' Butta (2011)—and the Boss of All Bosses mixtape series. As a solo act, Vado signed with DJ Khaled's We the Best Music Group, an imprint of Cash Money and Republic Records in 2013 to release his debut commercial single, "My Bae" the following year. Watch What U Wish... is the debut studio album by American rap group Da Mafia 6ix, released on March 6, 2015 digitally and March 10, 2015 physically. Vyshonn King Miller, better known by his stage name Silkk the Shocker, is an American rapper and actor from New Orleans, Louisiana. The brother of Master P, Miller signed with his record label No Limit Records, an imprint of Priority Records to release his debut studio album, The Shocker (1996). Despite unfavorable critical reception, his second and third albums—Charge It 2 da Game (1998) and Made Man (1999)—were both met with minor critical inclines while receiving platinum certifications by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA); the latter debuted atop the Billboard 200.

Lola Chantrelle Mitchell, known professionally as Gangsta Boo, was an American rapper. She rose to prominence as a member of Three 6 Mafia, which she joined at the age of 14. After releasing six albums, she left the group and its record label after the release of her second solo album, Both Worlds *69 (2001), due to financial disputes and issues regarding promotion of the album. She subsequently released several solo albums and became known for collaborating with artists such as Eminem, Run the Jewels, La Chat, Latto, GloRilla, Outkast, Foxy Brown, Tinashe, Lil Jon and Yelawolf.

Rufus Blaq is an American rap artist, singer, songwriter and record producer. Donavin Rashad Hogan, better known by his stage name D The Business, is an American rapper, actor, entrepreneur, songwriter and real estate agent. D The Business gained fame as a young street rapper in the early 2000s at just 10 years old along with his cousin Romeo Miller after signing with No Limit Records, which was founded by his cousin, Master P. He was one of the few artists featured on Romeo's debut album Lil' Romeo, which charted the US Billboard 200 at number six and went on to be certified gold, selling over 500,000 copies within a month, which went on to be certified platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).
