Opportunity Network is an invite-only business matchmaking platform. Members post and connect to actionable deals and investment opportunities ranging from early-stage funding to M&A, commercial partnerships, and JVs, both domestically and internationally. In 2020, the platform reached 45,000 members in 130 countries and a total transaction flow of $380BN. The company is headquartered in Barcelona and has offices in London and New York City and representatives in 40 other countries. [1]

Opportunity Network members are vetted through partner institutions made up of banks and professionals’ associations. Today, Opportunity Network has partnerships with Credit Suisse, UBS worldwide, Citizens Bank and YPO in the United States, [2] [3] London Stock Exchange Group, [4] Intesa Sanpaolo in Italy, [5] Vietinbank in Vietnam and ABN Amro in Netherlands, amongst others. History

Opportunity Network was launched in 2014 in New York City by the American and Italian Brian Pallas. [7] Pallas was attending Columbia Business School, where Boston Consulting Group had sponsored him to complete his MBA after spending two years at the firm in Milan. [8] Pallas created a monthly newsletter where members of the business school’s Family Business Club could anonymously list the business transactions they were interested in. [9] In 2015 the company reached a 100 million dollars valuation. [10] [11] In 2016 the company closed a round of funding at around 150 million dollars, which included Boston Consulting Group among the investors. [12]

Cadre is a New York–based financial technology company that provides individuals and institutions direct access to large commercial properties. The business and financial press describe it as a service that "makes the real estate market more like the stock market" by allowing investors to select the individual transactions in which they participate, while investing a smaller amount than would be required to fully fund a transaction. For example, 12 institutional investors participated in a $60 million office building purchase. The firm was named to Forbes' "FinTech50" for 4 years in a row starting in 2016. In 2019, Cadre was the cover story of the Forbes "FinTech 50" issue. In 2018, a partnership with Goldman Sachs was announced through which Goldman Sachs' private wealth clients committed at least $250 million (USD) real estate investments through Cadre. In 2020, Cadre announced its "Direct Access" fund intended to include smaller investors with a $400 million target raise. The company also offers a managed portfolio service and a real estate secondary market, as well as a cash holdings account called "Cadre Cash". The company has announced plans to address racial injustice in the United States by investing at least 10% of its Direct Access fund investments with minority-owned operators and increasing its cash held in black-owned banks.

Ryan Williams is a technology entrepreneur best known as the CEO and founder of Cadre, a New York-based technology company. He was named to Fortune's "40 under 40" list for 2019, Forbes' "30 under 30" list for 2018, "Crain’s 40 under 40" list for 2017, is one of Commercial Observer’s "30 under 30" and has been profiled in Forbes, Ivy, technology and real estate trade publications. In February 2019 he was on the cover of Forbes' "FinTech 50" issue.

The Reyl Group, styled REYL Intesa Sanpaolo, is a financial services company founded in Geneva in 1973 by Dominique REYL. Reyl provides financial advisory and investment services to private and institutional clients.
