Rhiannon Watt (born 8 December 1987) is an Australian rules footballer who plays for Melbourne in the AFL Women's competition (AFLW). She has previously played for Carlton and St Kilda.

AFLW career

Watt was drafted by Carlton with the 40th pick overall in the 2018 AFLW draft. [1] Watt made her AFLW debut in round 2 of the 2019 season. [2] She signed with St Kilda in the expansion signing period in April 2019, and was named a co-captain of the club in January 2020. [3] [4] It was revealed Watt had signed on with St Kilda for one more year In June 2021, tying her to the club until the end of 2022 AFL Women's season 6. [5] In June 2022, following an anterior cruciate ligament injury, Watt was delisted by St Kilda. [6] A few days later, Melbourne signed Watt as a delisted free agent. [7]

She made her debut in Round 1, 2017, in the club and the league's inaugural match at Ikon Park against Collingwood. Brown finished 2017 having played in all seven possible matches with Carlton. She was subsequently delisted at season's end. On 29 January 2019, Brown was announced as the first AFLW signing for the St Kilda Football Club Women's Team, who officially entered the AFL Women's competition in 2020. In March 2021, St Kilda announced they delisted Brown after playing 11 matches for the club. In the 2021 AFL Women's draft, Melbourne drafted her with the 45th pick after she played 12 games for Casey Demons in the VFL Women's. She was educated at Caulfield Grammar School. In December 2022, Brown was delisted by Melbourne.
