The Roc City Boom [1] are an American soccer team based in Rochester, New York. Founded in 2019, the team played in the United Premier Soccer League (UPSL) Premier Division, a national league at the fourth tier of the American Soccer Pyramid, in the Northeast Region's Western NY Conference from 2020-2023. They joined NISA Nation in 2024. The team play its home games at Eastridge High School in Rochester, New York.
The Roc City Boom formed in 2019. The Boom lost only 1 game is their inaugural season, winning the Western NY Division with a 5-1-4 record. They added to their Division Title with a 4–1 win in the annual Agness Cup. [2] They have repeated as Champions of the Western New York Conference 3 years in a row.
The Boom played at Rochester Community Sports Complex, formerly Marina Auto Stadium, Rochester, New York in 2020 and 2021, and moved to Eastridge High School for the 2022 season. [3]

The United States soccer league system is a series of professional and amateur soccer leagues based, in whole or in part, in the United States. Sometimes called the American soccer pyramid, teams and leagues are not linked by the system of promotion and relegation typical in soccer elsewhere. The team was active from November 2011 through March 2015. A new version of the team contested the 2018–19 Major Arena Soccer League 2 season; for 2019–20 the team moved back up to the MASL. After another two year hiatus the Lancers are in M2 for the 2022-23 season.
Santa Ana Winds FC, also known as Winds FC, is a soccer team founded in Santa Ana, California, and a founding United Premier Soccer League club currently playing at the Lake Forest Sports Park, with occasional matches played at Championship Stadium at the Orange County Great Park. The club takes its name from a Southern California weather condition known as the Santa Ana winds. Santa Ana Winds FC, an elite amateur and professional development club, has played international development squads in the past, namely matches against a Club Atlas U-20 squad in March 2011, and a Chivas de Guadalajara U-20 squad in November 2011. On November 18, 2017, the club made history by qualifying to the 2018 U.S. Open Cup for the first time. On Tuesday, June 5, 2018, Winds FC winger Juan Arellano became the first player to transfer directly from Santa Ana Winds FC to an international professional club.
The Rochester Ravens were an American women's soccer team which played from 2009 to 2013. The team was a member of the United Soccer Leagues W-League, the second tier of women's soccer in the United States and Canada. The team played in the Great Lakes Division of the Central Conference against teams from Hamilton, Laval, London, Ottawa, Quebec City and Toronto.
