Ryan Radcliff (born February 14, 1990) from Sherwood, Ohio is a former American football quarterback. He was the starting quarterback for the Central Michigan Chippewas from 2010 to 2012.
Racliff played high school football for Fairview High School in Sherwood, Ohio. He was the starting quarterback at Fairview three straight years and was a first-team All-Ohio selection in 2006 and 2007. He completed 784 of 1,294 passes at Fairview for 11,038 yards and 139 touchdowns. As a senior, he compiled 5,356 yards of total offense, including 4,738 passing yards and 618 rushing yards. He set an Ohio high school record in 2006 by throwing for 678 passing yards in a single game. He was also drafted by the Colorado Rockies in the 2008 Major League Baseball Draft. [1] [2] [3] [4]
After redshirting in 2008, Radcliff was Central Michigan's backup quarterback in 2009. [1] [5] [6]
In 2010, Radcliff became the starting quarterback. [7] [8] He was the starter in all 12 games for Central Michigan. He completed 282 of 466 passes in 2010 for 3,358 yards and 17 touchdowns. [9] [10] He ranked 15th among all Division I FBS players in passing yardage, [11] and 12th in passing yards per game (279.8). [1]
As a redshirt junior in 2011, Radcliff returned as Central Michigan's starting quarterback. [12] [13] [14] On October 22, 2011, he threw for a collegiate career high 436 yards against Ball State. During the 2011 regular season, Radcliff has completed 257 of 453 passes for 3,286 yards and 25 touchdowns. [9] He ranked 15th among all NCAA Division I FBS players in passing yardage. [15]
In 2012, Radcliff showed great improvement in his senior season. After a rough start to the season throwing only 1 touchdown to 3 interceptions in his first two games against Southeast Missouri State and Michigan State, Radcliff threw 19 touchdowns to only 6 interceptions over the next 10 games. Radcliff had a huge game against the Iowa Hawkeyes giving the Chippewas their 3rd win against a Big Ten team in their last six tries. He finished the season with 23 touchdowns and 9 interceptions with 3,158 yards as the Chippewas defeated Western Kentucky in the 2012 Little Caesars Pizza Bowl. Radcliff is one of only two CMU quarterbacks to win a bowl game, the other is Dan LeFevour.

Troy James Smith is a former American football quarterback. He played college football at Ohio State, was recognized as a unanimous All-American, and won the Heisman Trophy in 2006. He was drafted by the Baltimore Ravens in the fifth round of the 2007 NFL Draft, and also played for the NFL's San Francisco 49ers, the UFL's Omaha Nighthawks, and the CFL's Montreal Alouettes. He played in the CFL for two seasons following his NFL career before retiring from football in 2014.

Daniel Terrence LeFevour is a former Canadian football quarterback. He was originally drafted in the sixth round of the 2010 NFL Draft by the Chicago Bears and spent time with three other NFL teams before entering the CFL in 2012. Before his professional career begun, he played college football at Central Michigan University. Known as a dual-threat quarterback, LeFevour previously held the record for most touchdowns scored in the history of the NCAA, with 148 touchdowns scored. Case Keenum has since surpassed that record, in 2011.
The 2007 Purdue Boilermakers football represented Purdue University in the Big Ten Conference during the 2007 NCAA Division I FBS football season. Joe Tiller, in his 11th season at Purdue, was the team's head coach. The Boilermakers' home games were played at Ross–Ade Stadium in West Lafayette, Indiana. Purdue began the 2007 season unranked in preseason polls. Purdue played twelve regular season games during the 2007 season, including seven in West Lafayette. They played in the Motor City Bowl where they defeated Central Michigan.

The 2009 Marathon MAC Championship Game was a college football game played by the Central Michigan Chippewas and the Ohio Bobcats. The game, sponsored by Marathon Oil, was the final regular season contest of the 2009 college football season for the Mid-American Conference. The game was held at Ford Field in Detroit, Michigan, where it was moved to following the 2003 MAC Championship Game.
Tyler Allen Sheehan is a former American football quarterback. Sheehan played collegiately at Bowling Green State University after a standout career at La Salle High School in Cincinnati, Ohio. After going undrafted in the 2010 NFL Draft, he signed with Houston Texans, where he was released after training camp. In 2011, he signed with the Cincinnati Commandos of the Continental Indoor Football League. Sheehan led the Commandos to a perfect 10-0 regular season, winning the league's MVP award. In the playoffs, Sheehan led the Commandos to the 2011 CIFL Championship Game, where they defeated the Marion Blue Racers 44-29. After the Commandos season ended, Sheehan signed with the Arizona Rattlers of the Arena Football League, but never appeared in a game. In 2012, Sheehan returned to the Commandos and led them to a 7-2 record, this time in the United Indoor Football League. The Commandos took the first place seed into the playoffs, and won Ultimate Bowl II 62-44 over the Florida Tarpons.
The 2009 Central Michigan Chippewas football team represented Central Michigan University during the 2009 NCAA Division I FBS football season. Central Michigan competed as a member of the Mid-American Conference (MAC) West Division. The team was coached by Butch Jones and played their home games in Kelly/Shorts Stadium. The Chippewas finished the regular season 10–2 and 8–0 in conference play, beat Ohio in the 2009 MAC Championship Game to win the MAC title and were invited to the GMAC Bowl where they defeated Sun Belt Champion Troy 44–41 in double overtime.
Daniel Patrick Enos is an American football coach and former player who is currently the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at the University of Arkansas. He was previously the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at the University of Miami. Enos served as head football coach at Central Michigan University from 2010 to 2014. He was also running backs coach at Michigan State University, where he played as a quarterback from 1987 to 1990.

Robinson is also a former American football running back who played for four seasons in the National Football League (NFL). He was drafted by the Jacksonville Jaguars in the fifth round of the 2013 NFL Draft. Robinson was the starting quarterback in all 26 games for the 2010 and 2011 Michigan Wolverines football teams and played at the same position as a senior for the 2012 team as well as running back and wide receiver in the second half of the season.

The 2016 Western Michigan Broncos football team represented Western Michigan University (WMU) in the 2016 NCAA Division I FBS football season. They were led by fourth-year head coach P. J. Fleck and played their home games at Waldo Stadium as a member of the West Division of the Mid-American Conference (MAC). The Broncos completed their regular season undefeated and won the MAC West Division title. The Broncos finished conference play defeating the Ohio Bobcats 29–23 in the 2016 MAC Championship Game, winning the school's first MAC championship title since 1988. WMU received an invitation to the 2017 Cotton Bowl as the highest rated Group of Five team in the College Football Playoff (CFP). It was the first major-bowl appearance in school history. The Broncos also won 10 games in a season for the first time in their 111-year football history. They lost to the No. 8 Wisconsin Badgers in the New Years Six bowl game, 24–16.
The Central Michigan–Eastern Michigan football rivalry is an annual college football game between Central Michigan University (CMU) and Eastern Michigan University (EMU). The football series between the two universities dates back to 1902 and is the oldest rivalry in the Mid-American Conference (MAC), having begun five years before the Central Michigan–Western Michigan rivalry and six years before the Miami–Ohio rivalry. With 100 games having been played, it is also the most frequently-played series between MAC schools.
