Samantha K. Huge is the former director of athletics for the College of William & Mary. She previously served as an associate athletic director at Texas A&M University from 2014 to 2017, as a deputy athletic director at the University of Delaware from 2009 to 2014, as an associate athletic director at Georgetown University from 2006 to 2009, and as an assistant athletic director at Wake Forest University from 2002 to 2006. Huge attended college at Gordon College, where she played on the school's women's basketball team.

Huge was named athletic director at the College of William & Mary on March 14, 2017. [1] [2] [3] [4] Huge fired Men's Basketball Coach Tony Shaver in March of 2019 after a 14-17 season [5] , although William & Mary will continue paying Shaver's contract through June 2024 [6] . Samantha Huge hired Coach Dane Fischer in April 2019 as the new Men's Basketball Coach [7] . As of December 26th, 2021, the William & Mary Men's Basketball Team holds a 1-12 record under Coach Dane Fischer for the 2021 season [8] . On October 6, 2020, Huge resigned amid controversy after having cut seven athletic programs and being caught plagiarizing much of a public email from a similar Stanford University press release during the announcement of the program cuts. Edward Cuthbert "Terry" Driscoll, Jr. is a former American college athletics administrator and professional basketball player. Until 2017, he served as athletic director at the College of William & Mary.

Keith Cieplicki is a former college basketball player and women's college basketball coach. From 1997 to 2003, he coached at Vermont, where he posted a 127–53 (.705) record. He left Vermont to take the head coaching job at Syracuse. In his three seasons there, he posted a 28–55 overall record. After the 2006 season he resigned. He was named one of the 50 Greatest Sports Figures from Vermont by Sports Illustrated.

They finished the season 7–21, 4–14 in CAA play and lost in the quarterfinals of the 2004 CAA Men's Basketball Tournament to Towson in the preliminary round. They did not participate in any post-season tournaments.

They finished the season 20–11, 9–9 in CAA play to finish in fifth place, although they were seeded fourth in the CAA Women's Tournament. They advanced to the quarterfinals of the CAA tournament, losing there to Elon. Despite having 20 wins, they were not invited to a postseason tournament.

The LIU Sharks men's basketball team represents Long Island University in NCAA Division I basketball competition. They play their home games at their Brooklyn Campus in the Steinberg Wellness Center, formerly known as the Wellness, Recreation & Athletics Center, and are members of the Northeast Conference. Their current head coach is Derek Kellogg who was hired after his firing from Massachusetts in 2017.
