Samuel A. Greaves is a retired United States Air Force Lieutenant General who is now a vice president and the chief architect for space and launch at Boeing. [1] In the U.S. Air Force, he last served as the Commander of the Missile Defense Agency. Prior to that, he was the Commander of the Space and Missile Systems Center. [2] [3] [4] [5] [6]

He officially retired from the Air Force on January 1, 2014, after nearly 39 years of service.
