Sussex National Bank of Seaford is a historic bank building located at Seaford, Sussex County, Delaware. It was built in 1887, and is a one-story, two-bay, rectangular brick structure with a low hipped roof. It features an elaborate brick cornice, showcase window, spires and gable, and brick work detail. [2]

It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1987. [1]

The St. Luke's Protestant Episcopal Church is a historic Episcopal church located in Seaford, Sussex County, Delaware. It was built in 1843, and reconstructed in 1904. It is a two-story, brick Gothic Revival style building. It has a one-story chancel and crenellated three-story tower. It features stained glass lancet windows. Concrete buttresses were installed in 1943. St. Luke's was organized by the Rev. Corry Chambers in 1835, from the remnants of the former St. Mary's congregation. St. Mary's was founded in 1704, but disestablished after the American Revolution. Delaware Governor William H. H. Ross (1814-1887) is buried in the churchyard.

Building at 200–202A High Street is a historic store and dwelling located at Seaford, Sussex County, Delaware. It was built about 1910, and is a 2+12-story, seven bay, "L"-shaped brick structure. The front section has a gable roof and the rear section a hipped roof. It is typical of the stores with attached dwellings that were located along High Street.

It was built about 1885 and was a two-story, ten-bay, flat-roofed frame structure sheathed in pressed tin and asphalt brick-like siding. The original showcase windows and recessed doorways revealed that the building was originally divided into several stores.

The front facade featured an elaborate pressed metal cornice.

It is a 1+12-story, single pile, brick structure with a gable roof in the "Resurrection Manor" style. As such, it resembles Maryland rather than Delaware houses. It has shed-roof dormers. The interior has wide floor boards and a narrow enclosed staircase winding around the chimney. It is one of Sussex County's oldest brick structures. A small frame addition from the 1970s is attached to the northern end.

Gov. William H. Ross House, also known as The Ross Mansion, is a historic home located near Seaford, Sussex County, Delaware. It was built in 1859, and is a two-story, brick mansion in three main connected blocks in an "H"-shape. It is in the Italianate style and features a three-story tower in the central space. The interior retains its original plaster mouldings, its Victorian trim, doors, and original inside shutters. It was the home of Delaware Governor William H. H. Ross (1814-1887), who built the home along the railroad he helped to establish.

Hearn and Rawlins Mill, also known as the Cannon and Ross Mill and Hearn Mill, is a historic grist mill complex located near Seaford, Sussex County, Delaware. It was built about 1880, on the site of a previous mill built in 1820. It is a water-powered mill with two overshot wheels installed in 1912. The mill and two associated warehouses are frame buildings, sheathed in metal, on brick footings. They are located on an earthen dam, rebuilt in 1912.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Seaford Station Complex</span> United States historic place

Seaford Station Complex is a historic railway station complex and national historic district located at Seaford, Sussex County, Delaware. It includes two contributing buildings and two contributing structures and considered an outstanding example of a turn-of-the-20th century, unaltered, small-town railroad complex in Delaware. They are the Seaford Railroad Station, Seaford Freight Station, the Nanticoke River moveable railroad bridge, and mainline railroad tracks. The Seaford Railroad Station is brick rectangular building with a large bracketed overhang, built about 1905. The Seaford Freight Station was built about the same time, and consists of an open porch, covered by an arcaded extension of the roof, with an office and store room. The Nanticoke River moveable railroad bridge is an iron through-truss structure carrying a single track. It was built about 1890 by the Pencoyd Bridge and Construction Company of Pencoyd, Pennsylvania. The main line track north of the depot was double-tracked just before World War I.
