System magazine is a biannual publication geared toward insiders of the fashion industry. The magazine offers long-format conversations with relevant individuals within the fashion industry, accompanied by portfolios created by image-makers. (System was earlier the name of a successful American magazine, "the magazine of business," introduced by A.W. Shaw in 1900.)

Owner & Publisher

Mike Obenson is the owner of System; he officially bought the publication in 2020. Since then, actively involved in leading the business and shaping its global content, the creative media entrepreneur has played a pivotal role in rescuing and transforming System Magazine into an even more influential media brand, including the launch of another biannual sister publication 'System Beauty' in 2022. [2]

Editorial board

Elizabeth von Guttman, Thomas Lenthal, and Jonathan Wingfield. [3] They are the members of the editorial board for the magazine. [4] Prior System, von Guttman worked as contributors at Industrie magazine. [5]

Jonathan Wingfield has previously been editor-in-chief of Numéro and Numéro Homme magazines for 12 years. Thomas Lenthal has been the creative director of Numéro and French Glamour.

EVER Manifesto is a free print publication focusing on fashion and sustainability. It is distributed at fashion shows and selected stores as well as published in PDF for its now defunct, though archived, website.

Above magazine started as a biannual publication dedicated to sustainability and environmental protection. Its motto is "For The Earth". The first issue came out in the summer of 2009. The magazine was actually a reboot of what was formally a fashion magazine following its purchase by Centoria Limited. It was distributed by Comag, a division of Condé Nast and sold in retailers like Barnes & Noble. Articles in this first issue were written by Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and David de Rothschild. There was an interview of the fashion designer Stella McCartney as well as Roberto Saviano, the author of Gomorrah. Those interviews were conducted respectively by Charlotte Casiraghi and Beatrice Borromeo.
