Ante Josip "Tony" Mandarich is a Canadian former football tackle who played in the National Football League (NFL) for seven seasons. Referred to as "the best offensive line prospect ever" during his college football career with the Michigan State Spartans, he was selected second overall by the Green Bay Packers in the 1989 NFL Draft. Mandarich was unable to live up to expectations, however, and released following four seasons with the team. After five years away from football, he returned with the Indianapolis Colts, where he spent his last three seasons. He is the only top five pick in his draft class not inducted to the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
Richard Franklin Mirer is an American former professional football player who was a quarterback for 12 seasons in the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish and was selected by the Seattle Seahawks with the second overall pick of the 1993 NFL Draft. In his first season, Mirer set the rookie records for passing yards, attempts, and completions. Unable to duplicate his success, however, Mirer was traded after four seasons to the Chicago Bears. He spent the remainder of his career with the New York Jets, San Francisco 49ers, Oakland Raiders, and Detroit Lions, mostly as a backup.
Keith Van Horne is an American former professional football player who was an offensive tackle in the National Football League (NFL) for 13 seasons during the 1980s and 1990s. He played college football for the USC Trojans and earned consensus All-American honors. Van Horne was selected in the first round of the 1981 NFL Draft, and played professionally for the NFL's Chicago Bears. He is also the former son-in-law of former Vice President of the United States Walter Mondale.
Donnell Woolford is an American former professional football player who was a cornerback in the National Football League (NFL), primarily with the Chicago Bears. He was selected by the Bears in the first round of the 1989 NFL Draft. Woolford played 10 seasons for the Bears from 1989 to 1997, the Pittsburgh Steelers from 1997 to 1998 and Carolina Panthers from 1998-1999. He was a Pro Bowl selection in 1994. Woolford was surpassed by Charles Tillman for the most interceptions by a Bears cornerback, although Donnell achieved the goal 18 games faster than Tillman. Woolford was a graduate of Douglas Byrd High School in Fayetteville, NC and Clemson University.

He played college football for the Indiana Hoosiers and was selected in the second round by the Phoenix Cardinals in the 1990 NFL draft. Thompson also played for the Los Angeles Rams. He later became a pastor at the Lighthouse Community Church in Bloomington, Indiana.
James Allen "Jumpy" Geathers is an American former professional football player who was a defensive tackle in the National Football League (NFL). At the time of his retirement, he was the only active player who played at Wichita State University, which discontinued its football program following the 1986 season, making him the last WSU football player to play in the NFL. Geathers was selected by the New Orleans Saints with the 42nd overall selection in the second round of the 1984 NFL draft.
Craig Neil Erickson is an American former professional football player who was a quarterback in the National Football League (NFL). Prior to entering the NFL, he played college football for the Miami Hurricanes. He was selected by the Philadelphia Eagles in the fifth round of the 1991 NFL Draft and also by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the fourth round of the 1992 NFL Draft. He is one of the few NFL players to be drafted twice. Coincidentally, each was drafted by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
