Origins of AM 1310

WDCT was originally a Korean religious formatted broadcast radio station, serving Northern Virginia. [4] WDCT was owned and operated by Kwang Ok Sung and Suk Chan Lee, through licensee KBC Broadcasting Inc. [5]
