Welbeck Street car park was an architecturally notable car park built in the Brutalist style that was found in Marylebone, just north of Oxford Street, in the City of Westminster, London. [1] The entrance was on the east side in Welbeck Street and it also borderered Henrietta Place in the south and Marylebone Lane in the west.
The car park, designed by Michael Blampied and Partners, was completed in 1970 for the use of the nearby Debenhams store using a design of tessellated concrete polygons. [2] [3]
In 2016, the site was sold to Shiva Hotels who were given permission to demolish the car park in 2017. [4] [5] Despite opposition from architects and The Twentieth Century Society, [6] Historic England decided not to register the car park as a listed building and demolition of the structure began in October 2019.

The Landmark Hotel London is a five-star hotel on Marylebone Road on the northern side of central London, England, in the City of Westminster. It was originally opened by the Great Central Railway, as The Hotel Great Central. As one of London's railway hotels it declined after the advent of the motor car, and served as a military convalescent home during the Second World War, and later the headquarters of the British Railways Board. It reopened as a hotel in 1993.

Park Crescent is at the north end of Portland Place and south of Marylebone Road in London. The crescent consists of elegant stuccoed terraced houses by the architect John Nash, which form a semicircle. The crescent is part of Nash's and wider town-planning visions of Roman-inspired imperial West End approaches to Regent's Park. It was originally conceived as a circus (circle) to be named Regent's Circus but instead Park Square was built to the north. The only buildings on the Regent's Park side of the square are small garden buildings, enabling higher floors of the Park Crescent buildings to have a longer, green northern view.

It was a small boutique hotel with Zen inspiration, designed by Anouska Hempel. The design of each of the 40 rooms and 10 apartments centered on minimalistic art and the color white, and it also featured a zen garden.

The Railway Hotel is a former pub and hotel in Station Road, Edgware and a Grade II listed building with Historic England. The building is currently being used as a used car lot. As of January 2019 work has stalled on its renovation. According to a source the restaurant is supposed to open in mid-February 2019.
Marylebone Lane is one of the original streets of the Marylebone district of the City of Westminster, London. It runs from Oxford Street in the south to Marylebone High Street in the north, its winding shape following the course of the River Tyburn that it once ran alongside and pre-dating the grid pattern of the other streets in the area. Today the lane is largely composed of small shops, cafes and restaurants with some small apartment blocks. There are some larger commercial buildings at the southern end near Oxford Street.
