Ərəbqardaşbəyli is a village and municipality (bələdiyyə) in the Neftchala Rayon of Azerbaijan. It has a population of 1,022.[ citation needed ] The municipality consists of the villages of Ərəbqardaşbəyli, Bala Surra, and Cəngan. [1]
