Promenade is a 691 feet (211 m) tall skyscraper in Midtown Atlanta. It has 40 stories of office space and its construction was completed in 1990. It is currently the seventh-tallest skyscraper in Atlanta.

Midtown Plaza is a city district in downtown Rochester, New York. The site was originally occupied by an indoor shopping mall designed by Victor Gruen and opened in 1962. The structure is part of the 12th & Midtown development, situated on approximately 2 acres (0.81 ha) on the block between 11th and 12th streets in Midtown Atlanta, the front of which follows the curve of Peachtree Street. The 1010 Midtown building also features a park-in-the-sky, which will be one of the largest environmentally green rooftops in the city.

520 West 41st Street was a proposed 106-story supertall skyscraper in Hudson Yards, Manhattan, New York City, near Midtown Manhattan. The building would have surpassed all other skyscrapers on the island by floor-count. Upon completion, it would either have been the fifth or sixth tallest building in New York City.

It was originally leased to The We Company for use by their WeWork co-working and WeLive co-living ventures until the company ran into financial issues and the lease was terminated after the building was topped out.

First proposed in 2016 as Midtown Heights, the project would feature multiple high-rises built in midtown Atlanta at the intersection of 17th Street and Spring Street. Construction started in 2019 and is expected to be completed by 2022.
Opus Place is an under construction development in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Located in Midtown Atlanta, the development is currently expected to consist of a large residential high-rise, called No. 2 Opus Place, and possibly a smaller tower.
