The 1970 Tour de Romandie was the 24th edition of the Tour de Romandie cycle race and was held from 6 May to 10 May 1970. The race started in Geneva and finished in Lausanne. [2] The race was won by Gösta Pettersson.
The Tour de Romandie is a stage race which is part of the UCI World Tour. It runs through the Romandie region, or French-speaking part of Switzerland. The competition began in 1947, to coincide with the 50-year anniversary of Swiss Cycling.
