Group B of the 1993 Federation Cup Americas Zone was one of four pools in the Americas zone of the 1993 Federation Cup. Five teams competed in a round robin competition, with the top two teams advancing to the play-offs.

Using the positions determined in their pools, the thirteen teams faced off to determine their placing in the 2017 Fed Cup Americas Zone Group II. The top two teams advanced to Group I in 2018.

The Play-offs of the 2018 Fed Cup Americas Zone Group II were the final stages of the Group II Zonal Competition involving teams from the Americas. Using the positions determined in their pools, the thirteen teams faced off to determine their placing in the 2018 Fed Cup Americas Zone Group II. The top two teams advanced to Group I in 2019.
