Clubul Sportiv Municipal București, also known as CSM București, CSM or CSM Bucharest, is a professional women's handball team based in Bucharest, Romania, that competes in the Liga Naţională and the EHF Women's Champions League. The 2014–15 Cupa Ligii was the first official season of the Cupa Ligii. The winner, Steaua București, was not granted a place in the UEFA Europa League, but received €265,000.

The Cupa Ligii Final was the final match of the 2014–15 Cupa Ligii, played between Steaua București and Pandurii Târgu Jiu. Steaua București won the match with 3–0.

The 2015–16 Cupa Ligii was the second official season of the Cupa Ligii. Steaua București won the tournament for the second time in a row after defeating Concordia Chiajna in the final.

The 2016 Cupa Ligii Final was the final match of the 2015–16 Cupa Ligii, played between Steaua București and Concordia Chiajna. Steaua București won the match with 2–1 after extra time.
