Group D of the 2000 Fed Cup Americas Zone Group II was one of four pools in the Americas Zone Group II of the 2000 Fed Cup. Three teams competed in a round robin competition, with each team being assigned to its respective play-off region.

The 2000 Fed Cup was the 38th edition of the most important competition between national teams in women's tennis.

The Play-offs of the 2000 Fed Cup Americas Zone Group II were the final stages of the Group II Zonal Competition involving teams from the Americas. Using the positions determined in their pools, the fourteen teams faced off to determine their overall placing in the 2000 Fed Cup Americas Group II. The top two teams advanced to Group I next year.
