The 2002–03 OK Liga was the 34th season of the top-tier league of rink hockey in Spain.

OK Liga

The OK Liga is the Spanish rink hockey league. Since 2008 it includes also a women's league.

Barcelona finished the league as champion, after beating Noia Freixenet 3–0 in the finals. Noia Freixenet ended in the 12th position at the end of the regular season.

Futbol Club Barcelona Hoquei is a professional roller hockey team based in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. It is part of the FC Barcelona family and plays in the OK Liga. Due to the sponsoring the team is called FC Barcelona Lassa. It is the most successful roller hockey club in Spain and Europe with a record number of domestic, european and intercontinental titles.

CE Noia

Club Esportiu Noia, also known as CE Noia Freixenet for sponsorship reasons, is a professional roller hockey team based in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, Catalonia. Nowadays plays in the OK Liga, the most important division in Spain.

Competition format

Sixteen teams joined the league. The three first teams at the end of the regular season qualified directly for the quarterfinals while teams from fourth to 13th joined the round of 16.

The three last teams were relegated to Primera División.

The 2003 Copa del Rey was the 60th edition of the Spanish men's roller hockey cup. It was played in Vilanova i la Geltrú between the seven first qualified teams after the first half of the season and Vilanova RMS as host team.

The Copa del Rey de Hockey Patines is an annual Spanish rink hockey competition which is contested by eight teams. It held every year at a neutral venue. The first eight teams in standings just to half-season take part in Copa del Rey. The Copa del Rey's winners play in the next edition of CERS Cup.

Vilanova i la Geltrú Municipality in Catalonia, Spain

Vilanova i la Geltrú Spanish: Villanueva y Geltrú) is a city in the province of Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain and the capital of the Garraf comarca. Historically a fishing port, the city has a growing population of approximately 66,000, and is situated 40 km south-west of Barcelona, with the more famous coastal resort of Sitges some 10 km to the north-east.

CP Vilanova

Club Patí Vilanova is a roller hockey team from Vilanova i la Geltrú, Catalonia. It was founded in 1951. In 2013–14 season, the male team finished in bottom place with zero points, thus being relegated to Primera División.
