Kim Won-ho is a South Korean badminton player. He was the silver medalists in the mixed doubles at the 2024 Summer Olympics and in the men's doubles at the 2022 Asian Games. He was part of Korea winning team at the 2017 Sudirman Cup. Kim reached a career-high as world number 3 in mixed doubles with Jeong Na-eun and world number 9 in men's doubles with Choi Sol-gyu.

Jung Jung-young is a South Korean badminton player who affiliate with Yone team since 2019. In 2004, he won the boys' doubles gold medal at the Asian Junior Championships and silver medal at the World Junior Championships partnered with Lee Yong-dae. He and Lee also won the 2004 Indonesia Junior tournament.

Kong Hee-yong is a South Korean badminton player. In 2013, she won the mixed team gold at the BWF World Junior Championships. In 2014, Kong who was educated at the Daesung girls' high school competed at the Asian Junior Championships and won the silver medals in the mixed team and doubles event. She also play for the Jeonbuk Bank at the national event, and at the 2017 Japan Open, she became the runner-up in the women's doubles event partnered with Kim Ha-na. Together with Kim So-yeong, she was awarded as the 2019 BWF Most Improved Player of the Year.

Jeon Jun-bum is a South Korean badminton player. Born in Jeonju, Jeon has shown his talent in doubles category when he won the Dutch and German Junior boys' doubles title in 2003. Jeon who was educated at the Jeonju Life Science high school, was part of the Korean national junior team that won the silver medal at the 2004 Asian Junior Championships in the boys' team event, also clinched the silver medal in the boys' doubles event partnered with Yoo Yeon-seong. At the same year, he also competed at the World Junior Championships, clinched the silver medal in the mixed team event and a bronze medal in the boys' doubles event. Jeon affiliated with the Wonkwang University, he won his first senior international title at the 2006 Mongolia Satellite tournament, and claimed the World Grand Prix title at the Vietnam Open.

The Boys' doubles tournament of the 2006 BWF World Junior Championships is a badminton world junior individual championships for the Eye Level Cups, held on November 6–11. The defending champion of the last edition were Hoon Thien How and Tan Boon Heong from Malaysia. The host pair Lee Yong-dae and Cho Gun-woo won the gold medal in this event after beat Liu Xiaolong and Li Tian of China in straight games with the score 21–12, 21–16.

Heo Kwang-hee is a South Korean badminton player who was educated at the Dankook University. He was selected to join the national team in 2012, and joined the Samsung Electro-Mechanics team in 2014. Heo was the bronze medalists at the 2012 World Junior Championships in the boys' singles and team event, and Asian Junior Championships in the team event. Heo later won the boys' singles and mixed team gold medals at the 2013 World Junior Championships, and the mixed team silver medal at the Asian Junior Championships. In the senior level tournament, Heo was the semi-finalists at the 2017 U.S. and 2018 New Zealand Open. He competed at the 2018 Asian Games and at the 2020 Summer Olympics, is best known for upsetting top-seeded Kento Momota in the group stage of the latter tournament.

Choi Min-ho is a South Korean badminton player. Cho, who was educated at Icheon High School, competed at the 1998 World Junior Championships, winning a silver in the mixed doubles and a bronze in the boys' doubles events. At the young age, Choi clinched his first senior international tournament title at the 1997 Korea International in the mixed doubles event, partnering with Lee Hyo-jung. He won double titles at the 1998 Sri Lanka International, winning the men's and mixed doubles event.

An Se-young is a South Korean badminton player from Gwangju, who won the gold medal at the 2024 Summer Olympics in the women's singles event. She was named 2019’s Most Promising Player of the Year and 2023's Female Player of the Year by the BWF. She won the gold medal at the 2023 World Championships, making history as the first Korean women's singles player to win the World Championships title. She then clinched the women's singles gold medal at the 2022 Asian Games. An was also a part of South Korea’s gold medal winning teams at the 2022 Uber Cup and at the 2022 Asian Games.

Wang Chan is a South Korean badminton player. As a junior player, Wang have won a silver in the boys' doubles and a bronze in the mixed doubles at the 2018 World Junior Championships. He also won bronze medals in the boys' doubles in the 2017 and 2018 Asian Junior Championships, and a silver in the mixed doubles in 2018. He also helps Korean junior team to clinched the mixed team title at the 2017 Asian Junior Championships.

Kang Min-hyuk is a South Korean badminton player affiliated with Samsung Electro-Mechanics team. He is the reigning men's doubles World Champions with his partner Seo Seung-jae. Educated at Maewon High School, Kang rose to prominence when he along with Kim Won-ho, defeated seeded players at the 2019 Asian Championships and reached the semi-finals, ultimately winning the bronze medal. He has joined the South Korea national badminton team since 2017, became the part of Korean team that won bronze medal at the 2021 Sudirman Cup and the silver medal in 2023. During his career as a junior player, Kang became the part of 2017 Asian Junior Championships mixed team champion as well.

The girls' team tournament at the 2004 Asian Junior Badminton Championships took place from 12 to 15 July 2004 at the Hwacheon Indoor Stadium in Hwacheon, South Korea. A total of 10 countries competed in this event.
