The 2004 Golden Globes (Portugal) were held at the Coliseu dos Recreios, Lisbon on 25 May 2004. [1]

The Golden Globes are awards given each year in Portugal since 1996 by SIC TV and Caras magazine which award several areas of art and entertainment in the country, with theatre, sports, cinema, fashion and music.

The Coliseu dos Recreios is a multi-purpose auditorium located in Lisbon, Portugal.

Beatriz da Silveira Moreno Batarda is a British-born Portuguese actress named as one of European films 'Shooting Stars' by European Film Promotion in 1998. She studied Design at IADE Institute in Lisbon and trained in acting at Guidhall School of Music and Drama in London.

João Manuel Gonçalves Lourenço,GColIH is an Angolan politician who has served as the President of Angola since 26 September 2017. Previously, he was Minister of Defence from 2014 to 2017. In September 2018 he became the Chairman of the People's Movement for the Liberation of Angola (MPLA), the ruling party. He was the party's Secretary-General from 1998 to 2003.

Rui Veloso Portuguese singer

Rui Manuel Gaudêncio Veloso, commonly known as Rui Veloso, CavIH, is a Portuguese rock and blues singer and musician. Although he was born in Lisbon, his family moved to the northern city of Porto when he was just three months old. This composer and interpreter had a great impact on the Portuguese music scene with the record, Ar de Rock, whose influences were Eric Clapton and B.B.King. This album is considered a landmark of rock music in Portugal, and the one that started the boom in rock music in Portugal in the 1980s.

Toranja is a Portuguese rock band with a flair for lyrics with a rebellious tone. Their first album "Esquissos" was greeted with some acclaim in Portugal. "Segundo" is the title of their second album – which established Toranja as one of the relevant names of the new generation of Portuguese bands. The band paused their activities in 2006, for undetermined time. However, its musicians are still in the musician scene, each one with its project.

Diogo Nuno Infante de Lacerda is a Portuguese theatre, cinema and television actor and television presenter. He is the natural son of Maria Infante de Lacerda by an Englishman named Jonathan and maternal grandson of Renée Lance Infante de Lacerda, daughter of the 5th Barons of Sabroso. He studied at the Lisbon Theatre and Film School.
