Clube Desportivo Primeiro de Agosto is an Angolan basketball team based in Luanda. The team is part of the multi-sports club with the same name. The club is attached to the Angolan Armed Forces which is its main sponsor. The club's men's and women's basketball teams compete at the local level at the Luanda Provincial Basketball Championship and at the Men's, and Women's domestic leagues as well as at continental level at the annual Africa Basketball League competitions.
