Alia Shanee Atkinson, OD is a retired Jamaican swimmer and five time Olympian. At the 2012 Summer Olympics, she became the second Jamaican swimmer to place in the top four at an Olympics Games, finishing fourth in the 100-metre breaststroke. In 2014, she became the second woman to swim a 1:02.36 in the short course 100-metre breaststroke tying the world record in the event. In 2016, Atkinson set a new world record in the short course 50-metre breaststroke. Two years later, in 2018, she set a new world record in the short course 50-metre breaststroke for the second time. She was the first Afro-Jamaican to win a world title in swimming. She won a total of 124 medals, of which 74 were gold medals, at Swimming World Cup circuits over the course of her career.

Vladimir Viktorovich Morozov is a Russian competitive swimmer and Olympic medalist. He is the former world record holder in the short course 100-metre individual medley, the current textile world record, World Cup record and Russian national record holder in the 100-metre individual medley and 100-metre freestyle, and Russian record holder in the 50-metre freestyle. He also holds the European record for the 100-metre individual medley. Claire Curzan is an American swimmer. She is the world junior record holder in the short course 100 meter butterfly and 50 meter freestyle. She also holds the American record in the short course 50 meter butterfly and the 100 yard butterfly. She won four medals at the 2019 World Junior Swimming Championships. At the 2020 Summer Olympics she won a silver medal in the 4×100 meter medley relay for her contribution swimming the butterfly leg of the relay in the prelims and in her individual event, the 100 meter butterfly, she placed tenth. At the 2021 World Short Course Championships, she won a total of two gold medals and two silver medals in relay events, and two bronze medals in individual events.
