This is the 102nd season of Bolivian Football Regional Leagues , also known as Primera A.
In 2010 the team that was promoted to 1st division was Nacional Potosi from Potosi, after winning the 2010 Copa Simón Bolívar. [1] They returned to La Liga one year after being relegated in the 2009 season. It started on 6 February 2010. The draw for the qualified team for Nacional B took place on May 4. [2]

The 2009 Copa Mustang was the 62nd season of Colombia's top-flight football league, the Categoría Primera A. The season is divided into two championships; Torneo Apertura and Torneo Finalización. Each tournament crowned a national champion and qualified for the 2010 Copa Libertadores.
The 2007 season of Liga de Fútbol Profesional Boliviano was the 50th season of top-tier football in Bolivia. The 2007 annual season had the 35th and the 36th tournament of LFPB's history. The Apertura tournament started on March 6 and finished on June 13. The Clausura tournament was played between August and December. Bolívar and Wilstermann will be defending the championships obtained in the 2006 annual season.

In 2009 The team that was promoted to 1st division was Guabira from Santa Cruz after winning the 2009 Copa Simón Bolívar, and Ciclon came so close to be back in 1st division after Jorge Wilstermann suffered to win 3-2.
2010 was the 22nd season of the Copa Simon Bolivar as a Second Division Tournament. In the previous season, Guabira was promoted after Ciclón had points deducted by thevBolivian Football Federation. After that the Ciclon manager was sacked for making that kind of error in a semi-professional match. The tournament started on the 6 August 2010. Most of the matches in Group C were broadcast on TV
This is the 14th season of Primera B Leagues. The 2010 format would be as the same as every year: the Champion and Runner-up of each Department would be promoted to the 2011 Bolivian Football Regional Leagues also known as Primera A.
