Hazara Division is an administrative division of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan. It is located along the Indus River and comprises eight districts: Abbottabad, Mansehra, Haripur, Battagram, Upper Kohistan, Kolai-Palas, Lower Kohistan, and Torghar.
The Panjkora River is a river in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province in north-west Pakistan. The river runs through the mountainous northern part of the province, and forms the Kumrat Valley. It passes from Dir, Timergara, and joins with Swat River at Chakdara. It is generally characterized by having steep slopes on either side of the riverbank covered in thick forests. The river has a large catchment area, making the river susceptible to significant flooding – most notably during the 2010 floods that occurred throughout much of Pakistan.
Gawri (ګاوری), also known as Kalami (کالامي), or Bashkarik, is an Indo-Aryan language spoken in Swat Kohistan region in the upper Swat District and in the upper Panjkora river valley of Upper Dir District, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan.
Kohistan district is the southernmost district in Faryab Province. Its population is 53,100 (2010). The district center is Qal'a 35.3811°N 64.7561°E, 1909 m altitude.

Union council Thoti has four villages, i.e Kafarbanda, Eleel, Serto and Thoti. There are many tourist points in Thoti Union council also.

NA-13 (Battagram) is a constituency for the National Assembly of Pakistan. It covers the whole of district Battagram. The constituency was formerly known as NA-22 (Battagram) from 1977 to 2018. The name changed to NA-12 (Battagram) after the delimitation in 2018 and to NA-13 (Battagram) after the delimitation in 2022.
