The 2013 Kazakhstan Hockey Cup was the 11th edition of the Kazakhstan Hockey Cup, the national ice hockey cup competition in Kazakhstan. Ten teams participated and Arlan Kokshetau won its 2nd cup. [1]

Kokshetau, formerly known as Kokchetav is a lakeside city in northern Kazakhstan and the capital of Akmola Region (oblys), which stretches along the southern shore of Lake Kopa, lying in the north of Kokshetau Hills, a northern subsystem of the Kokshetau Uplands (Saryarka) and the southern edge of the Ishim Plain. It is named after the Mount Kokshe.

Arlan Hockey Club, commonly referred as Arlan Kokshetau, is a professional ice hockey team based in Kokshetau, Kazakhstan. Founded in 2009, they play in the Kazakhstan Hockey Championship, the top level of ice hockey in Kazakhstan. The team also won the 2018–19 IIHF Continental Cup, becoming the first team from Kazakhstan to do so.
