The Men's points race at the 2013 UCI Track Cycling World Championships was held on February 22. 19 athletes participated in the contest. The competition consisted of 160 laps, making a total of 40 km (25 mi) with 16 sprints. [1]

The 2013 UCI Track Cycling World Championships took place in Minsk, Belarus from 20 to 24 February 2013 in the Minsk-Arena. The Championships featured 19 events, the same as 2012.

The NorthernTool.com 250 is a discontinued NASCAR Nationwide Series race held at the Milwaukee Mile. From 1984 to 1985, the race was 200 laps, 200 miles (321.9 km) long. From 1986 to 1992, no race was held. In 1993, the race returned, and was increased to 250 laps, 250 miles (402.3 km), a distance it would remain at until the final race was held in 2009. UNOH 200

The UNOH 200 is a NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series race that takes place in August at Bristol Motor Speedway in Bristol, Tennessee. It was usually held on the Wednesday night prior to the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series Saturday night race, the Bass Pro Shops NRA Night Race; though in 2018, the race took place on Thursday night and was broadcast in primetime on Fox. When first held in 1995, the race was 150 laps. It was increased to 200 laps the following year, and has remained at that distance since. There were no Truck races held at BMS between 2000–2002. Starting in the 2019 event, it’ll be the first race of the playoffs.

The Food City 300 is a NASCAR Xfinity Series stock car race that takes place each August under the lights at Bristol Motor Speedway in Bristol, Tennessee. The second race at Bristol of the season, it is held the night before the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series race the Bass Pro Shops NRA Night Race.

The IAAF World Half Marathon Championships is an annual half marathon competition organised by the International Association of Athletics Federations. The Lakes Region 200 is a NASCAR Xfinity Series race held at New Hampshire Motor Speedway in Loudon, New Hampshire. When first held in 1990, the race was 300 laps. It was scaled back to 250 laps, the length of the former fall NHMS race, starting in 1993, and again to its current 200 laps in 1996.

Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series top auto racing division within NASCAR

The Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series (MENCS) is the top racing series of the National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing (NASCAR). Since 2017, it has been named for its sponsor, Monster Energy, but has been known by other names in the past. The series began in 1949 as the Strictly Stock Division, and from 1950 to 1970 it was known as the Grand National Division. In 1971, when the series began leasing its naming rights to the R. J. Reynolds Tobacco Company, it was referred to as the Winston Cup Series. A similar deal was made with Nextel in 2003, and it became the Nextel Cup Series (2004–2007). Sprint acquired Nextel in 2005, and in 2008 the series was renamed the Sprint Cup Series, which lasted until 2016. In December 2016, it was announced that Monster Energy would become the new title sponsor starting in 2017.
